Eva's entrepreneurial spirit ignited at the age of 8, driven by a need to prove her self-worth and belong. Growing up in the Bronx, she experienced a cocktail of hypervigilance, mistrust, and scarcity. This environment shaped her hustle and grind mentality, a mixture that later required significant effort to detox.

For over 7 years, she has been coaching established powerhouse women in various fields, guiding them towards living their best lives with a wellness longevity approach. Society often conditions women to be a superwoman, prioritizing everyone else's needs while neglecting their own.

From a young age, women are taught to cook, clean, and be selfless, which can hinder their ability to assert themselves authentically. Eva's mission is to challenge these norms and empower women to prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional health.
