How Claude Cowork Is Disrupting AI Workflows in 2026

0:00Anthropic has been in the news for all the right reasons lately. They are doing amazing things coming out with Clawed Co-Work, Clawed Dispatch. All kinds of really cool AI innovation. Because of that, their popularity is skyrocketing, specifically with their paying consumers. So they're also making money because of this. Today we're going to get into all of that, but before we do, Jayden, why don't you tell them about our school community? Yeah. Talking about Anthropic, I mean, you just heard my plug there for the school community. What I've been doing, I have been going crazy on Anthropic because someone that has personally been using ChatGPT for the last three years is my daily tool. I have not touched ChatGPT in this entire week since I got onto Clawed Co-Work. I don't think I ever will go

2:03back. But the other funny thing is I also haven't touched Anthropic's Clawed Chatbot. Just their chat interface. I don't actually use the chat interface anymore because typically when I was talking to ChatGPT, I mean, unless I'm trying to use it like instead of Google, typically when I'm trying to use it, it's like I'm trying to get a job done. I'm like, hey, help me write the description and the title for this podcast episode. Then it does that and I copy and paste it. What was Clawed Co-Work because it can take control of your computer and do all the copy and pasting and posting and publishing and planning itself. I don't need. If I'm working on a project, I don't need ChatGPT. I don't need Clawed Chat anymore. I just tell Clawed Co-Work like, this is what I'm doing. Go and actually do it. It does all the in-between glue stuff for me. So I can see why this is skyrocketing popularity and Clawed is making a ton of money right now. Yeah. So according to the reports, in the past six months, they've gone from each month they had around 6,000 new users up to 18,000 years. I feel like they might be missing

3:09a zero here. Have you seen these charts on this article, Jayden? I think it doesn't seem correct to me. I thought they had way more users than that. But either way, I think there's lots of reasons they're skyrocketing. Like you said, maybe that's like millions, like 60 million. Maybe. Yeah. I feel like they're missing a few zeros there. But either way, you know, I've found opening and I'm not going to throw too much shade at ChatGPT here, but I have really not liked their responses or models for at least a month or six weeks now. I feel like they're kind of continuing to like engagement baiting me. They're trying to keep me on the app, but they're not really like, I don't know, it's just, it always is, it's too agreeable. You know, it doesn't tell you the straight facts or Claude remembers everything about you. It has very insightful results. And I just think overall, even just the chat interface, I'm much happier with now, which is crazy to see that swing. So yeah, as far as like just the the model being more honest, I actually think

4:13it's really funny what you mentioned. First of all, like the engagement baiting, yeah, like what's up with ChatGPT being like, I'd ask it to do something for me. It's like, okay, I wrote this. Now, do you want me to write it even better? Like it's a super tight thing for like a founder trying to communicate. I'm like, yes, that's what I asked you from the beginning. Like, why don't you just do that the first time? And then I'm like, yeah, do that. And it does. And it's like, now, do you want to make like a short snippet version where it's more like better for like, I'm like, yeah, that's why like, why do you keep asking me to like, you know, refine it? Like to do the whole thing perfect from the first shot. And that's what Claude, I have felt like does. I was actually having a funny conversation recently with a friend who is, um, he is single and he's dating and, um, people and it's, it's funny. I mean, I've been married for like almost almost over nine years now. So, you know, it's always funny for me like being in this world or talking to people in the world. But like, he's like, yeah, like, I'm, I really like this girl and like, I've been on a bunch of dates with her and like, I'm trying to figure things out. And so I actually went and like created a Claude every text message I've ever sent with her and had with her like, I put it into Claude and like,

5:16like whenever like, I need a relationship advice, like I always ask like, Claude. And I'm like, okay, let's find out. I actually don't really know much about this whole thing. So I'm curious, like, how much of the world is doing something similar to that at this point. But he's like, yeah. And then I also did it to the same thing to Gemini and to chat GPT. He'll ask it like advice. He's like, hey, should I do this? So does that seem like too weird or should I say this? And he's like, chat GPT and Gemini are always like, yeah, that sounds amazing. Like you should say that. That's a great idea. And he's like, I got a 50-50 on Claude being like, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. If you want, go ahead and say that and come crawling back to me when it fails miserably. So anyways, I feel like Claude, they're trying to make it not agreeable if it really doesn't think it's a good idea. And I think that's kind of hilarious. Yeah, well, I mean, you know, plus, I feel like the big thing with Claude is that now with co-work, people are able to actually have their work being automated by the computer. So I think it's moving forward. People are going to see the value. Even if you're not an entrepreneur, a developer, there's a lot of

6:21things you do, even like in an office setting that you could automate on a daily schedule and make your work just that much easier. So I think the functionality of Claude moving forward is going to be really hard to compete with from OpenAI. So 100%. There's also something that's really interesting. If you look at like a chart of the weekly new subscribers on ChatGPT versus Claude, Claude is on an absolute growth trajectory now. And ChatGPT isn't necessarily dying, but they're not. And this is weekly new subscribers. But it feels like they're down from like a number of months ago to where they were at. I think they'd gained like two, maybe like two or 20 million. Again, these charts, they really need to fix the zeros on them. My point, regardless of this chart, my point is that Claude is very good at leveling you up to the highest paying tier. I want very quickly from. And Jamie, I'm like telling, I'm like, I'm telling Jamie like, dude, you've got to try like co-work. It's the greatest thing in the world. And I know it's a slippery slope because you start with

7:22$20 a month and you technically can use it. Very quick, it's going to be like, oh, you're out of credit. It's just wait another hour and you're like, no, I just want to get this done. And they're like really high value tasks. Like migrate my entire, you know, 1000 page website from this thing to this thing and rebuild the whole thing. You're like, okay, well, I would be paying someone a thousand dollars to do this. I'm going to pay a hundred bucks a month to like, you know, not get rate limited on this. And then you think of like 10 other things. And then you very quickly move to the $200 here. Right now they have $20, $100 and $200. If they had a $400 here, I know already my finger would be like hovering over the click, the, the buy now button on that. It's so good. It can do so much. And so I think they have a really good flow where I barely know anybody that is paying for the $200 chat to be to your like almost no one wear. Clot, I think has a really good upsell. Like if they can get the job done and they can get it done well, people are willing to pay for it because again, $200 a month when you're using it to do your job. And it's like saving you, I mean, hours every single day, like if I could genuinely save you three hours a day on what you

8:23did for your work, like, why would you not pay $200 a month for that, you know? And I think so, I think Clot has a good, a good upsell right now going on. Yeah. And I still wonder though if this is a primarily coders and people like that we're using or do you think, do you think like the average person has caught on now? And are they like, like, if you work an insurance job at a computer all day, do you think that kind of person might be using cloud co-work or not? Not yet. I think they should. I don't think they are. I think if you're listening to this podcast, you're in a bubble where you are very on top of what's going on with AI or you want to be, you aspire to be, use cloud co-work. It will do everything for you. Make sure you give a permission to take control of your computer and take control of your Chrome browser. And it can get the work done. Whatever you do, it can do the work. Not everyone is doing it for sure. Because it was like for developers, it was for coders. And I finally have found myself using Clot code for the first time ever. And not because I'm like, oh, I figured out how to be a coder. I'm still not a coder. I use Clot code because I ask co-work, which can take control of my computer screen and do stuff, to set it all up for me. I'm like, set up my GitHub repo,

9:28put my website on there, clone it. I don't set up my server. I don't know any of these things. Co-work did them all. And then I'm like, okay, now when I talk to Clot code, it edits my website for me for super cheap and fast compared to like webable, for example. So I think that there will also be a migration into Clot code by people that aren't developers, like myself, because I know nothing about coding. But because Clot code work does, and it can take control of your computer screen and do everything for you, you talk to co-work to do the doing. And then Clot code, you can use it to run things and scale up websites and do all sorts of crazy stuff. So anyways, I think I think everyone should be doing it, not just coders. This is like, you don't need to know or do anything with coding and can edit videos for you, like literally anything. Yeah. Well, and if you are entrepreneurial minded, like Jaden and I, you're going to want to, I think there's so many opportunities to get in early and make a ton of money using a tool like this.
