1:00Aaron Judge tonight they made it official last night and they had that never never did I think not never but I always associated other teams with the hype videos that they put out. That's the first time I really think about the Yankees with the hype video when they put out the video last night on social media with judge getting activated and no further questions. It was good. It was really good. I never you know the Yankees have always kind of been above that kind of thing but now they're they're getting involved in doing that too but I more than anything I over the next couple of weeks I'm really intrigued by the fact that this is going to be more of a spring training for judge than anything else. Here's Buster only describing it on ESPN. It's going to be treated a little bit like spring training. You could see him play at least five innings in right field. Maybe they take him out. Maybe they limit the number of innings he's on the field in the days ahead. He has about 19 games to get his swing back. That means about 65 70 played appearances before the start of the

2:02postseason. Remember he hasn't played since May 31st so he could look rusty at the outset. So again no rehab assignment whatsoever. He wanted to come back and do this now and do it in the big leagues. So that's why it's going to look a little different and you know you don't have to necessarily immediately shake your head if you see judge get pulled from the game after six innings and think oh god he got hurt again. For me just get yourself right over the next couple of weeks. That's it. Just get yourself as right as you can be. There's nothing I'm going to see over the next couple of weeks. It's going to discourage me in any way about judge. I think you know that's a great way to put it like the fact that you look at it as a spring training and that's what it should be. You know it's not about I mean obviously look you'd like to win the games you'd like to catch the raise and win that division like we talked about but it's more about just making sure that this guy is as close to 100% as possible to when the playoffs get here he's number 99 again. We don't know where we're going to see that guy. Hey you know what I mean there is a chance we might not see that guy like who knows if he just can't find it. Now I don't think that's the case. I think that

3:04if there is a parallel to draw look and see what's happened over the last couple of weeks with Wonsoto. Wonsoto didn't have a minor league rehab assignment after missing all that time. He missed what a month and a half. Yeah close to it and he's looked like Wonsoto. So the great ones have an in them that they can just step into a batter's box take a couple of hacks and then they're back to being good as new again. I think that's the barometer right now if you're Aaron judge. It can be done. Is this simply the guys back and now all is right with the world. Are you because for me I had really come to the point in the last few weeks where the offense after that 50 game stretch from mid June to early August had been so abysmal and Beliger comes back. Rice has been the only guy producing consistently all year. You're able to count on some other people to actually do some

4:04things that are positive. I've seen enough offensively where even without them they should have gotten to the world series and I know that's asking a lot considering who they're going to play the first two rounds. I genuinely still look at them as the best team in the league and as bad as that offensive been I did not the last couple of weeks have all right yeah I'm not going to worry about losing a two one game in the playoffs because I know how well they're going to pitch. Was there anything well the other thing aside from judge that I think is going to be instrumental here for example. Is how Aaron Boone sits there makes all these pieces fit and he's got was his 19 games to be able to make it work. You know and the Trent Christian injury is a blessing in the skies I think in the sense that that's one less body now that you're going to have to make room for right because as of last week Friday last time I was sitting in the studio. We didn't know how the outfield was going to shake out when you had judge back Grisham Jones, Belinger who was going to play who was going to play Ramos getting him in there

5:09against left handed pitching. Now you eliminate one of those principles in Grisham and now you just say to yourself all right I think I know where this is going to have to go now Spencer Jones is going to have an opportunity to earn a job here pretty much on a full time basis if Spencer Jones rates for the next two and a half weeks and shows that he is competent in the outfield and doesn't have any glaring mishaps. I think you said it earlier in the show might have seen the last of Trent Christian. Mercerfully I don't need to see him in the Yankee uniform again not that I wanted to see the guy get hurt but you get the point. No you don't want anybody get hurt absolutely. There's been more than enough evidence to suggested Grisham especially on the defensive end where it frustrates me the most has just not been worth the time or the money this year and that was such a full hearty decision to try to get a draft pick out of that in case somebody else was stupid enough to give him a longer contract than the one year and twenty two. Which is all it was. Make no mistake about it. That's all it was and I understand the look he's had his moments or whatever but not enough to justify that type of a payday. No, no, which kind of knew anyways but I've seen enough

6:16I hate that phrase I've seen enough. I have a good level of confidence in Jones ability to not screw things up for me to not have a bad misplainly outfield to not have a horrible at bat in a spot where I need him to at least be productive in some way. I feel like all of those things have proven enough to me that I'm I'm going to be fine with Jones and everybody else that's why the judge thing I'm not going to deny obviously he has a major impact on what happens with this lineup but I'm also not going to put all of the eggs in his basket expecting him to be the savior for this. There's enough around him to score enough runs for this pitching staff. I'm not asking him to go out there and score six runs a game. Get me four Dan, I should win. Let me ask you questions you and I know maybe it's a little bit off the beaten path but

7:18you concerned that anyway what happened I call on Sunday? You know not really. There's no question in my mind anymore about who gets the ball and game more. No, he's pitching at night and as you remember, yeah, that's chlippler. No question. And I know he's Garrett Cole and I know what the playoff experience is. And by the way for those that are keeping track of the Sai Young stuff Dylan Sees got hit hard pretty good last night in they sacrameno against the A's and he gave a four run. So that he already has went up a little bit. Yeah, I believe that isn't he sitting at 2.04 right now roughly? Cam is yes. And with 12 wins. Obviously what was the number I gave last week? I believe it was 18 of his starts. He has given up one runner less. 18 of his starts this is pretty good. There's there's no debate about that. I'm not going to get flustered by Cole yet. No, I'm not worried

8:18about it. But I think you hit it right on the head. I think that there's no debate right now that Cam is your guy in game number one. I mean, that would be like saying to me a little bit for for and I know what I've seen with Cole. Am I heartened by what I saw from Carlos Rodon last week? No. He had a great start, but like, all right, that's one. We were talking about that too last week. So I think you're kind of like me like I don't put Rodon at least in my opinion in the circle of trust. No, okay. No, he's not in the circle of trust. He's number four right of that group. And I've got whoever I'm going to determine my longman is if it's whether it's if he's back, if it's Schmidt, whoever it is, I've got him back in him up pretty quickly. And by the way, you saw what they did on Saturday in San Diego to having Warren piggyback, Rodon because Warren's a guy who's going to be the other guy. Warren's going to be in the bullpen. And that's why that's another reason I got to feel really good about this situation right now. I know the bullpen is taxed. Obviously, you're 143 games into the season. I mean, I'll be honest, just part of me that trust Warren more than I think that

9:23some Yankee fans would probably agree with you on that one. But the fact that Warren's going to pitch out of the pen. You hope you get weather's back. Same thing for him. Clark Schmidt is coming back to pitch out of that bullpen here. But the other reason why it's so important to get this offense going and to give your pitcher some breathing room more than just two lousy runs game is because you're not going to then ask as much of your bullpen if you have that much of a leeway because then you're not going to have to rely on your high leverage relievers as much. If you've got a five run lead, let's say compared to got another one run ball game. We got to turn things over to headdrick and to bednar to be able to protect this lead. You know, this is supposed to also be a time where as you're getting to the finish line, maybe get these guys a little bit of rest where you're not burning them to the ground so much. How how how important at this point? Four games back 19 to play. Correct. How important is the division? Tampa's in Atlanta, by the way, next three days in case you missed it. Tampa's schedule is brutal. Freakin brutal. I mean, the Yankees get Colorado

10:24and Tampa gets Atlanta. And by the way, you got to sweep the series. Colorado stinks. They're terrible. They'll mess it around. You got to stink. Just Tampa's schedule right now, according to the latest. I think they had either the toughest or the second toughest left. Well, they have the toughest remaining schedule in the American League. Okay. Seventh and all of major league baseball. It's tough to have a hard schedule in the American league because the American league stinks. Right. You know what I mean? So, but out of American league teams, they are seventh in major league baseball. The mets are, excuse me, the Yankees are 18th. Yeah. So there you go. But it's it is important. I still believe it's important. Now, truth be told, the only way you're getting the tiebreaker on them, you got to sweep them all for. That's not happening. No, they're not sweeping a four game series, including one of them being a double header. It's tough to win both ends of a double header. Yanks have to win all four to get the tiebreaker. I mean, there are there are times now that the Yankees pont on one of the games exactly. And I could see them doing that given their injury situation. This is why to me, like, that's why also it's important that they already have the tiebreaker on Boston because even though it's two, it's really a three game cushion

11:27because you got the breaker. Sure. The Boston part of it, I'm not worried about. I don't think they're catching me. I don't. I would say that I am much more concerned about just being lined up to get me to the three game series in round one. All right. So look at it this way. And I don't disagree with you. I'm not empty in the tank to get in a in a in a perfect world. Let's put it this way. Perfect world. By the time that Tampa series either is over or in the middle of it, I want clarity on my division status. Am I winning it? Can I still win it or as Tampa wrap this thing up because you know what if they do wrap it up, then I'm using definitely those final three against Baltimore and whatever's left potentially that Tampa series to line up the guys. So I see fit for that wild card series. Yeah. That's how you have to do it. So like if Tampa Bay ramps up the division and Cam Schlippler is slated to pitch the next day. He's not pitching the next day. No, I'm getting them off his feet. I'm resting that arm. Will Warren. You're getting a start.

12:31You know, or something like that. All of all of the could now my right. This you and Scranton, get your ass up here. You're starting to game. You know, that's what that time of the year is for. Does any part of this and this is the last part for me with judge being back. The expectation for what they can do this year has shifted for me to actually believing they can win the world series. And a month ago, I would not have believed that. The Dodgers, despite whatever happened this week and are still showing that there are some holes to deal with there. And I'm concerned by the fact that their offense has not been nearly as good. They obviously need Otoni to be back and be doing what he does offensively and being the elite superstar that he is. But I am very much looking at this like I looked at the nicks once we got into the postseason.

13:32It went from, you know what they they should make the finals and the expectation is to make the finals off of firing tips and doing what they did to why not win the whole thing. And if not now, when exactly is that going to happen? Because the nicks had things line up pretty well for them. San Antonio took care of Oklahoma City. People were feeling good about the San Antonio matchup just how the nicks had played them during the year. Which I didn't think has had as much to do with it. But the Dodgers have not shown themselves to be invincible at this point. So I'm not ruling it out. And I feel better now that judges back that it's actually a reality. You know what might be interesting. What also happened during that playoff run with the nicks. The team that you and I and a lot of people leading up to like this time of year, but in the basketball end of the regular season. Who was the team that we were all fearing on the Eastern Conference side of things that you know what that's nicks don't want to see that team. The Celtics. Yeah. And they didn't even get it off. And they didn't.

14:36So we could be saying the same thing right now about somebody, whether it's in the American league, whether it's over on the National League side. I mean, and it may just work out itself organically to where like you don't even have to worry about them. They might get picked off before you even have to deal with the situation right now. And here's and by the way, just to put a ball on that. There are enough. Look, there's a lot of people that think the Dodgers may not get to the world series this year. What the fillys you're doing? That's what I'm saying. The fillys, the braves, the maybe maybe this is the year the buzzword. Lazardo. Maybe the brewers for crying out loud. Yeah. This is the year they finally maybe make some noise in October and get to a world series for the first time ever. Wouldn't that be great for the match? Anyway, you got to David Stern, throughout the first pitch. Right? I mean, so can you imagine like if you're the Yankees, you get through a depleted weekend American league. You get to the world series. And who's waiting for you? Somebody other than the Philadelphia Phillies or excuse me, other than the L.A Dodgers.

15:41The amazing. They're all the sudden. You know what? Games on. Yeah. And now that championship looks a lot more realistic than maybe it did before this whole Derby got started. If the brew crews coming in for game one, you're feeling okay. Oh, I think you're feeling more than okay. Yeah. Until Jacob Mizorowski throws a, you know, buck 13 on the radar gun or whatever. Right now to win the world series. Dodgers plus 175. So not even quite two to one. Brewers are the second favorite right now. The brewers at plus 700. What? The Yankees at plus 850 to win the world series. Plus 850. And by the way, I mean, apart from the team thing, just, just give PCA the freaking MVP today. Don't even worry about the last two or a half weeks of the season. Yeah, he's got. I mean, more salt in the wound for the match. But it's it's insane. Nobody ever thought he was going to hit home runs like this. I mean, we were talking

16:41about like the history of the, the Cubs franchise. Like Billy Williams is the only left-handed hitting Cubs. Dave 40 home runs in a season. And he's like crippling that now. Was he 24 years older? Whatever he is. Exactly. Exactly. I think he was a high school kid when he came out. I'm not mistaken. Brutal. Why? Why? Why? Why? What? Why did they do this? Why did you do this, Ron? Harvey bias. Because of information that Zach Scott had from a prior organization. I don't believe the gap between the Yankees and Dodgers is as big as the betting lines would lead you to believe right now. I'm not going to, so I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I have seen the brewers day in and day out and can tell you that they should absolutely be favored in front of the Yankees. Okay. But the Yankees are not, this basically is saying that the Dodgers are four times as likely right now to win the World Series than the Yankees are. You think that's true?

17:44Nope. I don't. I don't. And how can you say that by the way? Like, is that just like American League slander? I think a lot of it has to do with that. Yeah. A lot of it has to do with that. Is that all it comes down to? By the way, you know, it's interesting too. So the Yankees before judge got hurt. They were number one with a bullet in hitting home runs first two months this season. And right now they're fourth, which is still not bad. When you say with a bullet, that just means by a lot. Yeah, with a cushy lead. I think at that point. Okay. And I've heard it. I've used a phrase. One of those phrases I've used when I wasn't quite, I thought it was a little oomph, but I wasn't 100% sure. I knew what I was saying when I said it. The reason I bring that up, that's 60% confidence is, you know, who's dead last right now in Major League Baseball. And home running home runs. The team that has the best record in baseball. Seriously? No walkie.

18:45Dead last. Dead last. Wow. First on the up in the standings. Dead last when it comes to home runs. So like I said, in the post, that's why we were talking about in the post season, right? You're going to run up, run up against good pitching. You're not going to be able to club your way to a pennant like you do throughout a regular season when you play 162 games. You're going to face teams that have inferior arms that you can feast on. You have some of those lopsided results. And here you got Milwaukee. That's one games more than anybody this year. And they don't rely on the home run before I get back to the calls 8193776. Just and you're not, you're not a big gambler. You're not a gambler really at all. Nobody's taking me for Kenny Rogers. If you had to pick one of these teams to win the World Series, I'm going to put the Dodgers, the Brewers, Yankees and the race on one level. Take those out. Okay. Wait Dodgers. Dodgers, Brewers, Yankees, race. Okay. Take them all out. All right. Out of this group, who is most likely? White socks, cubs, red socks,

19:54graves, fillies, cubs. You get 17 to one on the cubs, right? Cubs. Oh, you get 17 to one on the cubs. If you play that right now, the fillies, based on how the fillies pitch and schwarver, 14 to one. And we're sitting in the middle of September and you can get 14 to one on the fillies. How about this one, Bob? You like this one? Yeah. Since June 28th, what are we talking to two and a half months? Yeah. Two and a half men, two and a half months. There's one individual in baseball who leads the sport in slugging on base percentage and batting average. Since June the 28th, I'm assuming it's PCA. Yep. He plays for the cubs. Yep. But his name is not PCA. Really? It is another former met tyrone tailor.

20:58I'm sorry. You want to read that back to me? I will read it to you back again. Why? Was it been playing every day? Remember, he was on a heater before the met's traded. And remember that he was at home runs left and right like they were going out of style. When did they trade him right before the deadline? He was in the clay homes trade. He got hold on in with clay homes. And by the way, clay homes has been fantastic for them. Since June 28th, this is minimum 100 plate appearances, of course. So since June 28th, first in batting average, he's been 381. First in on base percentage, 445. First in slugging, 711. Let's do some quick arithmetic. That makes his OPS look. Is it 1200 or 1100 or something? That would be 1156 tyrone Octavius Taylor. Wow. I mean, like seriously, like the mets are batting about a million this year, but negatively for every move that they have made. It has been impressive at how horribly wrong every one of them

Boy Jefferson Rojas is lighten up the minor leagues, baby. Think about it. They may not even get Jefferson Rojas thrown in on that trade if they don't throw in Tyrone Taylor. You know what gets said is when you get down the stretch in seasons like this, really any sport. But then you start to hear things like that. Like they start to try to turn your attention of don't look behind the curtain to see where the wizard is. You know, start look over here. Look over here. Look at this shiny thing over in central New York or wherever he is right now. We're the Syracuse is the triple. Yes. Rojas, whatever is he with the rumble ponies in Binghamton. I don't even know. Still in Binghamton. Yeah. Jefferson Rojas. Yeah. Not getting up by 81 yet. No, not yet. No, not yet. Anyway, you get the point. Like when you when you start to have to divert my attention

And then like the more and more I watched him over the years and then he did interviews. I was like, he's like an eighth cross side, which is really probably not advisable if you're going to be a catcher. Right. Which might have actually contributed to his struggles like when when push comes to. He didn't have a little cross side to announce. He did. He did. You know, and he caught the no hitter. 25:05I'm going to just give you a heads up that I got a lot of blowback after we had our discussion last week. Mike and I, yeah, we had a chat. Dan, I think, will relate to this from purely being disgusted. I had twice now in my lifetime ran into this last week on the New Jersey Turnpike, where I had seen somebody standing at the urinal eating, eating while standing at the urinal, which I said we're going to bridge too far here. Mike came on, we had this discussion. He said, now have there been times where that has happened with me before it is possible that that has happened. And there were many people chiming in on the YouTube chat and such that really believe that I kind of let you off the hook there. Wow, I don't even listen. If you have more that you need to unload, feel free. I promise these shoulders abroad and I can take it. I'm going to stand 10 toes in front of that urinal and continue chowing down at whatever it takes.

26:09I don't want you to have to do that. No, no, that's not like a lost bet type thing, Mike. At the same time, you were just in Morgantown. It was a good chance that somebody I had seen in Morgantown would have done that. But it's one of them. They're lovely people. Don't get me wrong. But it is, you know, that kind of vibe where it's, I don't know, it's just too far out there. So then this week we had the discussion earlier, have you ever, are you capable of vomiting discreetly? Because I was on an airplane coming back from San Francisco, not recently, but just got horribly ill in the airplane bathroom. Too much rice oroni. Mm. Has that ever happened? Have you ever gotten sick? It's just a horrible spot. Oh, yeah. I mean, listen, I've been sick plenty. You guys don't know this about me, but every game I ever started high school college football, I would puke before the game. And so I'd be hanging out in the back. Like everyone else wants to be at the front when you

27:12get ready to run out the tunnel at Notre Dame Stadium. I was always in the back because no matter what I ate, no matter how I changed up my preseason diet or routine, I still just, I had to get the nerves out in some way. And so I'd be waiting in the back and I would literally puke on the side of the wall in the back of the tunnel before I ran out onto the field. And so some poor soul had to come by and probably wash that off. I tried to do it discreetly, but I'm a big loud individual. My friends used to say it sounded like I was calling dinosaurs and more often than not, that was the volume and ferocity with which it came. So you cannot, the answer the poll question that we put out there. You believe you cannot vomit discreetly? I believe I cannot vomit discreetly. I know people that are capable to your point. I was on a plane and a young woman behind me got sick before the flight. Her mother was doing a great job shepherding her through this. She got it into the bag. Everything. There was no mess to be made, but I couldn't believe how delicately she vomited into that bag because I know personally I am not capable of that. I have volume 11 at all times. So did you misread the sign all those years instead of play like a champion today? Puke like a

28:14champion today? I know the only shot I had of even playing like a serviceable starter, was if I did so on an empty stomach. And so the champion stuff, that was Michael Floyd, Golden Tate, Zach Martin, all those guys were going to lift us to the championship heights. I was there to make sure that when we slid protection right at guard, I had enough out of it because you saw over the weekend. We had guys puking on the field in games. That's the last thing I wanted to do, even though I think it's a great tactical weapon to puking on a defender's hand to try and brush him back. I didn't get the chance to do that because I had already gotten it out. That is an excellent tactical weapon, but I'm just imagining now that they have a separate sign going down those stairs at Notre Dame Stadium. Play like a serviceable starter. No, no, go like you tap this one today. What's the Mueller? Let's are publicized signs in the other side of the gate down there that me and the rest of the guys that just wanted to get on the travel squad going to this is what's great about you is you just found the first t-shirt for your show for you and your dad. 29:18college level. It worked for dad at the pro level. And so it's just been across all Mark. Mike, I just want to give you a heads up that when we're done with the interview here, we're going to go ahead and put one second back on the clock just just to give you a heads up when we're done. We're adding one more second to the end of it. Have you ever seen anything like that? Can you justify something like that? I can't and I understand credit to Lance Taylor and taking the high road the way he has. I've heard the folks from the Matt conference talk about they were sent the explanation from the big 10, the video that we all saw. And the explanation seemed to suffice for them because I think they understand they can't let this define their season and they've got to go on which is smart from their standpoint. But I've never seen anything like this and guys to me. We've had so many conversations about integrity of the game this off season college sports with everything that's gone on with the potential of pro players coming back with the Brendan source, the gambling situation from the spring that feels like an eternity ago. And

30:19this feels like another one of those things that undermines your credibility with the public that you need to believe. This is all happening earnestly that this is competition with an outcome that's not decided. I'm not accusing them of impropriety, but I'm saying you can't have a system where your officials and the people that ultimately make this call behind the scenes have access to what appears drastically different information about the clock than the public who's watching this game who believes they saw one thing and then they were told a completely different thing and said the only justification was, well, you got to believe us, we have the right time. I think that's something that needs to be remedied yesterday. I think that's something that makes everyone involved unfortunate look bad from a game in a moment where, hey, listen, I understand it wasn't supposed to be back on there. But according to the official explanation was there were some great plays by JJ Buchanan on that final drive in Michigan that hasn't gone any credit for what Western did the entire day getting up to that point wasn't rewarded, but still points to them in a positive direction. All that stuff is obscured. All the great play on the field by this, I think, mismanagement of the

31:23way they go about this mechanism for their game. Because I want to push away from, I don't want it to sound too much like I'm saying there's an accusation of impropriety for the things that are anyone else, because I don't believe there is. But when I think this falls into the category of what we've also seen larger in college football, this is a sport that at times lately has been way too hard for people on the field. It feeds the conspiracy theories, right? That's the problem. Well, that's what we're talking about. But it also feeds confusion. Think about this. We have gone through a sport where every year for the last couple of, every off season for the last couple of years, we talk about tinkering with the college football playoff expansion, all these different things. Everyone's got to learn lawyer language because every off season, someone is

32:25getting a judge to sue for a different change they want made to the sport. And I own the portal of made turnover and volatility there. Fandom thrives when people believe they know and understand what the ebbs and flows are to the thing that they love. And for college football, to now all the sudden have fans go, why don't you even know what the end of the game looks like anymore? I don't even know if I can trust the clock that I'm seeing here anymore. It just adds to confusion around the sport that right now needs a lot less of it. And the games felt like our safe space where all that stuff once tow hit leather, we could kind of put to the side and instead here we are talking about this hate to be a conspiracy guy, but I mean for the both of you, but think about it like do you think if the shoe was on the other foot and the roles roles were reversed? If Western Michigan had that happen to them, for example, if they were the ones at midfield, did they convert that Hail Mary in the clock right now? You think they'd get another second? I mean, you know what? I think the fact that we're even having that conversation coming off it is exactly the problem. Yeah, that's what they've opened themselves up to. And that's the shame of all this is coming off a great week one. This is without question the indelible mark left on the weekend. Did the outcome of LSU Clemson

33:31say more about LSU or say a lot more about where Clemson is? I think it still said a lot more about LSU just to be able to come in and have it gel this quickly. You know, the very it's like a 55-45 because in the other side, man, the decay of the Clemson core that was at once the championship team opposite Alabama that defined the 14 playoff for a decade to watch who they are now even in the road in a hostile environment like all the caveats. It just seemed like a shell of the team that we knew, but to see how quickly Carlywise Jr. Lane Kiffin have been able to get Sam Levitt and the core parts of this offense that were new to Baton Rouge up to speed with the defense on the other side that we knew ripped from last year Blake Baker being retained as the decordinator. I think one of the better moves and more important bits of retention from the offseason in the sport period. So I think it is for most people vaulted them firmly into the conversation among championship contenders that maybe they were more on the outside looking enough to start the season just because

34:32you can never be sure how quickly it's going to coalesce. Michael, with Junior Joining us here on ESPN New York. I mean, we fast forward already to this weekend and week two when we got the popcorn one on Saturday night with Ohio State against Texas so much getting your feet wet and getting ready for the season because this one's a money maker here coming up in Austin on Saturday. Yeah, no, and listen, we've talked about this a lot over the last couple of years with these kind of big time out of conference matchups feeling like a relic of a different time. So many teams going away from them. I love this and I think for two teams that are going to play brutal conference schedules being playing in the big 10 in the SEC, going to have plenty of challenges there. I still think despite what people have protested about strength, the schedule, not being factored in as much by the committee, if these two teams is presently constructed, who we know a lot more about, both of them this time around that we did last year where Julian Fain was taken over as the starter coming off Ohio State's national title. Archmaning was in his first snaps as a player wearing burnt dorn finally getting the chance on the sticks there.

35:33And it was rock fight. Both defense is dominated because we were learning. We know a lot more. Both of these teams have returned so many key parts. So this feels like a much more realistic test, but I also think we'll be less punitive on the other side. If we get another very close tightly contested game, where then after the AP right now in the college football playoff committee, then in November, well, I think be able to look at this and say, hey, we understand exactly who we believe these teams to be. We know what we saw. And so even for the loser of this, I still think this kind of challenge out of conference is going to be a net positive overall, provided they handle their business in conference like everybody else. Okay. So you used to get sick before games. Have you ever gotten sick before broadcast? I've never gotten sick before broadcast thankfully, not although I've never say never, but at this point, I like to think I've done enough to avoid puking. We'll say, all right. Godspeed. And I understand that things happen. And you know, the schedule in the middle of the year might look different than it did right now. I'm just airing on the side of caution. The giant schedule from Thanksgiving on is brutal. Is absolutely brutal. So if you're going to get eight, you better get six of them in the first half of the year. And I'm not convinced that you can definitively do that. Now, it is, is a seven and ten season a failure? I'll tell you what's great. I'll tell you what's a failure to me because the first thing that popped into this noggin of mine when when George started talking and bringing up failure, if you see more of the stuff you still saw last year, meaning blown leads in the fourth quarter. And I'm not just talking about with the giants too. You're talking about with the Ravens. Both. That's what I'm saying. Both because remember, you hired this guy because you

42:54wanted to eliminate those mistakes. If you had a lead, you put the win in your pocket, you know, finish the game four quarters, all that stuff. Execution when it matters most. If that still happens, that would really leave a sour taste of my mouth going into the winter from a giant fan. What does failure look like? Does it, does it have a number or is it simply what it looks like as I'm watching? I don't think it's something tangible. It's like the eye test. It's like a reservation. Can take the reservation. Just don't know how to hold it. It's as simple as that. Like a lead. I think like, right, like a lead. I think that I mean, look, if the giants win five games, that's a horrible year. Yes. I mean, that's a horrible year. It's tangible if it's a really bad number. But like, can you sit there and okay, can you realistically go seven and ten but still look at it and say that was a good year? It was better. Yeah. I think you can.
