Joe Leo, if you would for a moment, as I said earlier, I'm gonna do the top five moments in which, let's be frank, I'm really the reason the station is still afloat, after 25 years, with today being the 25th anniversary. So I'm gonna need you to have the countdown numbers later for when we do this, and maybe a little NFL music, with a, you know, like, five, four, number three. Like, can we do that later on? That can be arranged. Thank you. I just wanted to give you a heads up, and I forgot to do it off the air, so why not do it on? 800 919 3776, we've got that, we've got the NBA and the Clippers, which we haven't even gotten into yet,

1:00which you talk about a death penalty. Oh my God. I, you know, I don't know Pablo Torre, well, I know him a very little bit. I could not respect his work more, because he has always been a fantastic reporter. I think he needs to get back to doing the real important stuff, and, you know, digging in on Belicec Skullfriend and all that. But the job he did in all of this, and sticking to his guns and all of it, it does give you hope that, like, an actual journalism still exists somewhere, because this guy just kicked Steve Balmer's ass up and down the floor, with what he came up with out of this story, and the NBA just confirmed that for him. We will get to that in just a little bit, and we will also get to Lane Kiffin. Have you seen what some of the excerpts are from this book that is coming out about Lane Kiffin? The name of the book is Lane Being Lane, the story of Lane Kiffin College Football's agent of chaos.

2:03And just to give you a little tidbit, this is coming from Vanity Fair and CBS Sports, with which each have excerpts of the biography written by a guy named John Taulti, not auto biography, biography. Part of it was that you better keep Lane away from the sorority girls, from when he was at Alabama, holy crap. BOOM! Hahahaha! What's new? What's going on, buddy? So everybody's going nuts about the backup quarterback, and I ain't fine.

3:03Okay, they made the decision not to go there, go with club, probably that they figured if they're not gonna go win, would you know? There's nobody out there that's gonna get them to play else anyway. Your buddies will see what you got in club. That's fine, right? They did this quarterback, like Milton out there, and whoever the levy's didn't go for him. But that said, when your giants are dropped in these guys' hands, and they end up getting a kicker that I'm watching kick from freaking 60 yards out, right? And you got sanders there, right? What are you waiting for? You know they just brought in Tucker? Yeah, Tucker. That was a damn good- They can't get a damn good- They can't get a damn good- That was a quote, due diligence thing, but they didn't sign them. Listen, if John Martin doesn't do just- Wasn't gonna be comfortable bringing Justin Tucker in with the Giants kicking situation. The guy who at one point was the best kicker of all time, with- And I hate phrasing it this way, because I've heard it phrased this way a couple of times

4:04with quote, all the things he was dealing with. No, what he was dealing with was accusations of inappropriate contact with women and in the middle of massages, not far off from what Dishon Watson was doing. So are you gonna go that route for a kicker? I don't think you are. Having said that now though, I would expect that the Jets, this Blake groupie, hopefully he's gonna be better than sanders, but neither of those guys, was Cade York or Sanders was the answer, and we saw that. And that's why the Jets only had what 52 on their roster and left the extra space open so that they could claim a kicker. If one came out and groupie did, hopefully this guy's it. I don't know that he is. What I don't wanna see is the Jets being a situation like the Giants have been in recent years where you don't know week to week of Grimm, gonna know it's gonna be able to go if he's not gonna hurt himself during pregame warmups. I mean, that happened twice. Lincoln is in New York, is next. ESPN, New York, Lincoln.

5:06What's going on, dude? How are you? Lincoln! Here, man. Here, man. Hello? Yes, sir. So I was listening to you guys talking about the mustache and it reminded me of something that so every single friend in my friend group, they all have moustaches. And we went on a trip to Texas like a couple weeks ago for the fourth and they kept trying to come up with things for me in order to shave to a mustache. But it just reminded how you were talking about. You're here right now? Yeah, yeah. You've actually, you've seen it. I saw you at the watch party for the pistons in the nicks when Bart was there. Okay, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. But they kept like up and up for to get me to shave to a mustache because the whole time, I was like, I don't know when this all became popular. And like when you were saying that, I was like, I said the exact same thing when there was like a weird shift like a couple years ago. Do you feel as if any of your friends,

6:09any of them look good with it? Yeah, one of them pulled it off pretty well. Yeah, I would say one of them pulled it off pretty well. Let me ask you this. And then the others. Let me ask you this instead. How old are you? 23. Okay. You're the perfect guy to ask. How are women responding to these mustaches? It's different because I've definitely heard girls been like, oh, you know, he has a mustache. You know, he looks, he's this, he's that. And the other girls are like, I don't know why it just has a caterpillar on the top of his lip. Like it's it's it's a question of taste and some of them have bad taste. So that's what I wanted to know. Okay. Yeah, but over the years, I think it has gone up more where people are accepting of the mustache. They're accepting of it. I appreciate the call, but it's just, it's a very, very difficult needle to thread.

7:13Trying to make that work. My brother Jim has one. It's not awful. It's it's not awful or has had one before I should say. Does not have one currently. He's got a full on beard now. But my brother Bill had one for a bit. I mean, it kind of like and they're my, they're my family and I'm saying that that it didn't really work with like, okay, it's just, it's very hard to do. And that's why I'm saying I really truly believe. And I have just texted with Joe Fortenbaugh about this because Joe for those who know Joe, of course, for me, SPN and sports betting analyst and basically does everything on the network, host sports center, host first take from time to time, host get up. It's the best and I worked with him on the national side for a bit.

8:14And he's going to join us every week on Thursdays this year. We'll give you our full rundown here for football season, a little bit later in the show, but Joe's, and he's going to do it completely free of charge. But Joe and I were texting Joe usually every year grows out of mustache and does it around this time so that he will keep that mustache until his survivor pool pick loses. And he's kept it, he's made it to like week 14, week 15 before. But this year, he opted not to do it. So we will dive into that next week as well as get his picks for the season overs under sinks like that. Those are the kind of things I'm going to get into with Joe because he's, he's just a freaking best. How about Doug and cold in him? He's next on ESPN. Cold in him. Doug, what's going on buddy? He's wearing cold in him up here. Not quite Montgomery, not quite Newberg somewhere in the middle. Gotcha. But the question, the question I have for you is if the Jets don't have a top 100 player in nobody in the old oops, we just missed you.

9:17Nor do they have a top ring coach. In fact, they have a bottom rank coach. How was the GM rank so high? What does he think? I think that's enough question. I think that's a good question because when, when we were talking about this the other day, so the Jets don't have a top 100 player on the roster yet. They're talking about right now. And I don't know if that's fair or not, but with Mouji, what I can say is that in drafting how he has and making the traits that how he has, that is what has gotten him the attention where he was ranked 11th among the league's GMs. You make a fair point. He can't put the coach on him though because remember that Aaron Glenn was hired before Mouji was. So Aaron Glenn was not hired by Mouji. Aaron Glenn was hired by Woody Johnson. And in essence, Aaron Glenn helped hire Darren Mouji and now kind of that powered dynamic appears to have shifted a bit that they are not tied together

10:19definitively on the future of this organization. Now, what I would say, be being optimistic, I would be shocked if we could find next season a team that in the Jets that didn't have at least a couple of guys who were on the top 100. I don't think that will be the case. Let's hit Dave in a car next ESPN New York Dave. What's going on? Hey, what's up, Colin? I just want to run something past you. When the Clipper story broke initially, I thought here these here, these guys going big sports guys trying to circumvent the salary cap. And I thought it was going to be a slap on the wrist quite honestly. I was thinking of like the Otoni thing, all this money moving out of account, no one ever noticed until, you know, until the jig was up. I am pleasantly surprised, but I'm abundantly pleased that the NBA and even if

11:23that's something to do with the fact that they were being investigated with these poker game things and some of these coaches or whatever, they took a deep dive found out that there was a whole lot of buffoonery going on and slam the Clippers. And I hope it sends a message to the NBA, the MLB and to the NFL that this type of shenanigans won't go on. There's enough pie out there that for everyone to get wealthy, even if the players have to negotiate and want to get more dollars. What are your thoughts on that? Like I feel like they did the right thing. And I hope it sends a message to everyone, even to the college ranks where NIL is running rampant now. Don't get me wrong. They deserve money, but it's still a zoo right now. Yeah, it is, it is a bit of a mess there. The thing I'd say about about this is with the Clippers, you know why the league hammered him because as much as we say that Adam Silver works for the owners, he doesn't work for one owner and he doesn't work just exclusively for Steve

12:24Balmer. And there were plenty of owners that were expecting Adam Silver to drop the hammer on Balmer because all of those other owners, the one thing they can't deal with is somebody else cheating and trying to get there. Now they're all trying to do it, but if somebody gets caught, they're going to scream and yell and demand that that team be punished. Five first round picks. That's a crushing blow to the Clippers. Don't don't think that that's not the 30 million for Steve Balmer is nothing. He can't be involved for a year. That's all fine. Five first round picks. That's that's it's not the death penalty in terms of folding the organization, but it's a death penalty in terms of having some success over the next couple of years. Here's what I can't take. The Clippers statement, they are 100% fighting back against all of it. And says that they say that the league talked to the Clippers very differently

13:27privately than they did publicly say that the league is intent. On punishing Mr. Balmer and the Clippers based on an entirely new theory that the Clippers introduced Kauai letter that is request to certain team vendors and sponsors. And the Clippers are screaming at yelling, that Steve Balmer spent nearly 50 million on an investigation about how he was a victim in this whole thing too. Guys, whenever somebody talks about how much money they spent on an investigation and they try to call it independent, they brought somebody in from the outside, that's all fine. You're paying them. And when you are paying them that amount of money, they are going to come back with the result that you want. And that's why their particular firm wasn't necessarily successful in finding all the damages that were done here.

14:30Balmer has gotten his ass kicked, his ass kicked here. Because the league wouldn't do all that if they didn't have it. But the league didn't have it. Public or a had it. Somebody called this at the beginning a big nothing burger. Wow. If somebody with the league, I forget who wasn't like silver said it publicly. But somebody like whether it was, you know, an unattributed quote called it a nothing burger at the beginning. Really still sucks to be the clebrus man. But you know what? Good. I'm with him that they got punished for something that they should have been punished for. Carlin, ESPN, New York, 800 919 3776 800 919 ESPN. Um, the athletic has released their report and investigation,

15:37speaking of which into the Diana Rossini situation. Um, the report says specifically when it comes to the athletics standards, Rossini was quote non compliant. We need a completed investigation or reached any conclusion about the nature of the full relationship between Mike variable and Diana Rossini. But the totality of the public photographs are enough to conclude a violation of company policy. So they're not going out of their way to say that she definitively had a personal intimate relationship with him or not. They said Rossini should have close to the athletic, the nature of her relationship with variable to allow editors to assess the kinds of stories on which she should have been working if any. She did not. Okay. So that's the extent of that. Anyway, again, a report 800 919 3776. It says that she basically the finding is the most important finding is that

16:38she violated newsroom standards to them, but showed no clear bias toward Mike variable in her reporting. Do with that what you will. I, you know, at this point, I'm kind of tired of the whole story. I have been, you know, outward in saying that Diana has been a friend for a long time and you don't want to bail on your friends when they're in a bad situation. But this has obviously been a terrible situation over the last couple of years. Or well, over the last couple of months, I should say a bad situation. And she is publicly paying the price for it right now. That's for sure. 800 919 3776. How about Gill Brooklyn next, the SPN New York Gill, what's going on? My bad call. What's going on my God? How you doing, Gill? I think that. All right. All right. Well, you said you made the SPN now that you're there.

17:38Whether you made the other station as well when you would have been well, let's not get asked. Aren't any. Well, let's not get nuts here. There was a little show. I don't want to get a bad dog before me. Hey, who and my own long others. You was the underlying star at show. Yeah, no, I appreciate that. But no, those two no matter what happened in our history, those two were absolutely the stars of the show and made that station what it was. I'm in there too. To indeed, absolutely. To indeed, but let's get to my man, a town there. Come on home, brother. Come on home. I think that's how SV and that's how Scott van Pell puts it and and Stanford Steve put it. Come home. Come home. Exactly. That's it. Because you can't fight the inevitable. You can't. There's two things you can't fight when you're losing that here and when you're

18:40going to die. So Tom, bring it on home, brother. You got a lot to live for. Not bad here. Thanks for the call, Gil. It's the best call all week. That's amazing. That was a grateful call by you. A lot to live for, but not that hair. Yeah, let's compare my balding to my impending death. That was a fun call. Thank you. I was on the phone the other night with somebody and I just, you know, death is all around us. I said that to the so true right now. And how did they take it? They agreed. They agreed. How about Bobby and Belmore next, the SPN New York, Bobby? What's going on, dude? How are you? Listen, I know she was your friend, Chris. How you doing? But I mean, you can come on me if you want to go ahead. No, no, she's done with the guy for information. I mean, it's just a lobbyist, but it's not the first time a journalist has done

19:41that. I'm sure, you know, the government. I know that I would say, I'm listening. She, whether she had a relationship like that with him or not, you know, whether the family stuff was going on or she was having a, you know, that kind of relationship with him. Are you doing it for insider information or not? That's also a little bit in question. I, as I get what you're saying, it doesn't, none of it looks good. Yeah, none of it looks good. Yeah. Let me, let me talk about the comparing, you know, the chest might be in the top hundred, top 100 and you're put to a sec. You mentioned Wilson a couple of days ago. I don't want to repeat myself. I'm sure you need to, I mean, to joke that he's on a top 100. I'm not going to put it anyway. But as far as Aaron Glenn concerned, I mean, I mean, you're talking about top cultures, he could be, he could be a 30 second, the worst coach. I mean, you have to what happened last year. I mean, who, only a future will tell what will happen. But I mean, the guy couldn't do an elementary math last year.

20:41Who's still game against Denver? The beginning of the year where he say I got to the 35 yard line to kick a win game when he feel go and folks just kicked a 57 yarder two weeks prior, which 35 plus 18 or 53. So he does not do his math. That's not good for a head coach. Number two, his communication with defensive players. They're unhappy with the coverages for 11 weeks. And I don't know what, what happened, but all of a sudden he made changes at the end of the year, which was too late. And he's supposed to be a defensive guru. I know he wasn't running the defense, but obviously he's the head coach for bucks to absolutely him. And he's a defensive minded defensive, you know, side coach. And number three, the decision making the court about that. I mean, the court about who couldn't, I mean, complete a short pass, a five yard pass. So I mean, you could put him at the worst, you know, because you're comparing, you know, general manager and, and the players, but as a, as a worse, as breaking the coaches, he could be the worst. But here's the problem. Can't, and can't, I can't disagree with anything based off of year one.

21:44He's an immediately fair to put him behind guys who haven't coached the game in the league yet, which is what they did in the rankings. That's, that's, that's tough to do. That's tough to do. I don't know if that's 100% fair. How about Robert and Valley stream next on ESPN, New York, Robert? What's going on, buddy? How are you? So that's how you don't find good where you got? I know the college teacher started last week to football team, but we got some games one night. I want to get your take on somebody games night like Colorado. Okay. What do you want to know? What do you think about the games tonight? Colorado against Colorado Georgia Tech. I mean, I'm not going to sit here and tell you I, I know all these rosters inside and out right now because of the transfer portal. Colorado is a seven point underdog. I know a lot of people who have been around the Colorado program think that this could get ugly this year. That this could get ugly that it could be bad.

22:46And it hasn't just been about Deon being able to go in the portal and get great players that maybe it was more about Travis Hunter and Shedur than anything else. So what does that look like for Colorado this season? It could, it could get ugly for Colorado this year. But I can't, I'm not going to try to tell you that I know that Colorado, Colorado roster inside and out. I'm not going to see her and tell you I know the Rutgers roster inside and out because there are so many new players at Rutgers, UMass tonight. That's what I'm focused on six o'clock this evening. That's what I'm talking about later on, by the way, Kelly's in the athletic director at Rutgers is going to join us for a few minutes at noon with the opener tonight. So we'll discuss some of that with her. Tom, I think it's appropriate in a few minutes here that we get to the, the list. It is the 25th anniversary of ESPN New York. And later on today at one o'clock, Don and Michael are going to be doing a show

23:53together. Michael, of course, the transmitter, the whole reason we're allowed to live. And Don, not far behind it, will be reunited for their show from one to three. And then later on, from three to six, Han and Peter, not to be out done, will have a 25th year anniversary celebration of their own because I guess in some way they felt slighted by the fact that it was going to be about Don and Han or Don and Michael. If we're being truthful about what's going on, the station, you know, the last seven, eight years, not just can be being here, but me being in the other place. I mean, I'm the reason you're welcome. And so we're going to take you through the top five actual difference making events over the history of the station from my perspective.

I'm sure Rick, if, you know, he actually cared and wasn't on vacation, he would get bent out of shape by it. I know Dave does.

25:56But point is like, none of us really feel like they're getting enough of enough love there, so to speak, right? Outside of them, if we're going to recognize what this station has done, I don't know how you don't recognize me and how I've kept it afloat. Let's just call it that. What, what about the top five moments that have happened in the last 25 years from somebody who actually knows like me? Let's just, how about this? Let's call it the top ways over the last 25 years, but really over the last seven or eight years specifically because I've been here for six now. And, you know, I was lined up against it for the couple before that. Top five ways in which I have kept this place afloat. Hit the music. I mean, let's just call this what it is. I think it's completely fair to say this that I'm responsible for a lot of what's happened

27:02here and the success. Is that fair? I think so. I'm going to start with one. I'm not going to call it number six. I'm just, I'm just going to call it an honorable mention. You know, when they brought me a board, honorable mention. Finally, somebody who knows something about hip hop on this station, you know, I know that they've got this whole idea that Peter actually knows what he's talking about there. That's cute. When you needed to have that guy show up, guess who showed up again, you go to the people who actually know. All right, let's get to the top five. Number five. Number five, the COVID shows. I don't know if you know this or not, but during COVID, there were no sports. Was there anybody else on this station that was doing shows by themselves for three hours a night? Anyone. Listen, I mean, listen, anyone. I mean, listen, they all had each other to talk to.

28:04They did not have to kill time talking to themselves for three hours at a clip. Every single night with no sports to talk about. Nothing else. And I am carrying the place, making sure the transmitter actually stays on through all of that. I know that we had the first responders. I know that we had the doctors and nurses, but when it comes to heroes, guess who's right there? Number three in line, maybe number two A. This guy, big fella, right here. Next number four. Well, I guess that would have to be the OG and a nobi tip and hit it. Brunson at big court. Longs is a straight on three. Mr. Short, chip by a nobi. He put it in and a nobi put it in. The next take the lead with one point to the go. And it's not over. It's not over. Wow. Time out, Santa Antonio going on to win the championship shortly thereafter.

29:08Yes. Incredible moment. And one would argue that maybe I didn't have much to do it, but did it happen before I got here? Again, you're welcome. You're welcome. Did I bail at the end of that game? Did I bail down 29? I didn't. And it hadn't happened since I was on the station. You know, 53 years. Big fella's over here all the sudden a couple of years later, we got a title. You're welcome. Next number three. How about the time that during COVID? Me, I did this selfless act, selfless. No matter what you think of him now. In the middle of COVID, when the guys doing press conferences and only a select few interviews, he's impossible to get anywhere. Whole books, Dr. Anthony Fauci and gets him on. But not only that, I booked them for my own show, but then what did I do?

30:08I said, you know what? It's more important that we have him on the premiere show with the station. And so I gave that guest who was the biggest guest in the country at the time to Michael K. The mother Teresa of producing your boy is right here. Okay. Could have done it all for myself, taken all the glory myself, frankly, should have still disappointed that I didn't do that. Still disappointed that I didn't do that. But I didn't. I did it for the betterment of everybody else. I don't know anybody else who would do that. Tom, do you know anybody else who would do that? Do you know anybody else as selfless as that? No, nobody comes to the top of my mind. Jolio, I mean, you book a guest like that, you do it for yourself. Don't you? Don't you take all the glory for yourself, especially at that time, yeah. I mean, you talk about a teen guy. I mean, what the hell was I thinking?

31:09It's a definition of putting a team on your back. Oh, my lord. Again, no sports to talk about. I got to feel three hours alone. I hand the biggest guest in the country off to Michael K because why? Because it's better for the station. That's why next number two, this predates my actually showing up at the station. And it was when I was lined up against the station with Barton Maggie over at WFA. Peter and Don have never sent a proper thank you to Mark Chernov. What am I talking about here? And Michael as well. Well, in our first ratings book going up against Michael, when we had taken over for Francesa, our first and only ratings book in the afternoon drive, because then might came back. We lost to Michael, a brand new show that everybody was going to hate right away.

32:13We lost to Michael and Don and Peter by a tenth of a point, a tenth of a ratings point. And you know why we lost by a tenth of a ratings point? Because Mark Chernov opted on president day. To carry a New York Islanders game because the station was getting paid money for that. They carried a New York Islanders game. So the station got a whole lot more money for that on president's day. And that Islanders game delivered a 0.0 rating that day. And that's why we lost by a tenth of a point. Because that counted against us, counted against me, Maggie and Bart. So at the time, Michael and Don and Peter could claim their victory over this new show that nobody liked to, by the way, went on after that.

33:14Finished top three in our rating period for the next year and a half. We were we were we were a machine. You're welcome. Saint Chernov, and thank you note. I hope it was worth it. And then of course, there's number one number one. Just hit it. This is college football. Oh my God. I'm sorry. Did anybody else almost die on our air for ratings and entertainment purposes? Did anybody else win drop madness by almost dying on the air? No, nobody did except me. This is college football.

34:16This is college football. That is the most entertaining clip in the history of this station. And you know it. And you know it. And how I know it is that not only did it win drop madness, it blew through the entire field. It was blowing everybody out of the water. Once again, sacrifice for the betterment of everybody else for your entertainment. Who has delivered more of that than me? I'll wait. Thank you. Jack right now is all over me. Carlin should have kept this all in the chamber. Really? No, I shouldn't have because we're being truthful about what actually happened. Carlin is a national treasure. That's right. I am. I'm glad that some people see it. Greatest drop ever. Exactly. John Drummond, greatest drop ever.

35:16Me almost dying. Is that the greatest clip in the history of this station? Please tell me how it's not. Please tell me how it's not. You can hear me trying to fight through it and still the little flick of pepsid in the back of my throat is trying to take my very breath away. And what did I do? I stayed on the air for your entertainment. I'm a damn mother Teresa of sports radio. It's just it's clear that nobody else was going to recognize that. And I felt like it needed to be said because this is a day of celebration of the station. And let's let's be real. Station wouldn't be here without me.

36:54Those surprise guests. No, not surprises. I'm going to tell you what's coming on right now. This is what the deal is. So throughout the fall, you're going to get your complete fill of all the football. We obviously are going to have you covered from pillar to post on the Yankees and the postseason. But I just want to give you a brief rundown of the show and what we have planned so far for the fall, hopefully looking to add to this. Not exactly sure what we'll be adding, but always looking to get better as GM say. First of all, during the course of the week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we will have sideline to sideline each of those days. And we will have the full rundown of everything going on in the NFL, each of those days. So you can count on that happening. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11, 30 a.m. each of those days. Now, as far as co-hosts are concerned, Monday and Friday, I will be flying solo,

37:58leading into and coming out of the weekend on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our guy Dan Grossa is going to be with us for the show. And we'll obviously have a ton to cover with Dan. I'm excited by that. He'll be locked in for all the baseball, but obviously very locked in on everything New York Jets on Wednesday. Our old friend Maggie Gray is going to be with us. Every single Wednesday through the course of the football season, I could not be more fired up for that. I know Dan and Maggie are both very excited to be doing that as well. Listen, this whole situation has been less than ideal. And we all understand the realities and the things about it that just flat out suck. I am so glad that these two guys are stepping up to really help the show and help entertain as best we can. So I'm thrilled that Dan is going to be with us on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And I'm thrilled that Maggie is going to be with us on Wednesdays.

39:00That's going to be absolutely awesome. Some other segments that we're going to be doing in addition to what we told you about with the sideline to sideline some other guests. Let's tell you about the guests. Every Tuesday at 1230, my goal at junior is going to join us. We will get into all the football with him, the college and the NFL. And listen, as we established the other day, Mike is the perfect guy to talk to as an every man in this world. And we will talk through some of the issues of the day as well. And any questions that you will have for him as far as solving your personal conundrums. But Mike is one of us and go Joe back on the network is going to join us every Tuesday. Every Wednesday in studio at 1215, Jason McCordy will be with us. Very excited for that. Jay Mac just signed a long term deal with ESPN exclusive. And he will be doing get up. He'll be doing first take here in there. He'll be on Peter Shregor's new show.

40:01But every Wednesday, Jason McCordy is going to be with us to break down the NFL and to have some fun to again, a guy with a tremendous personality who I have obviously known for a very long time. And he will join us in studio every Wednesday at 1215. Every Thursday. We've got the great Joe Fortenbaum to get you everything you need to know from a gambling standpoint. All the picks that you'll need for the weekend, we're going to start doing that next week. Joe will join us next Thursday. That will be every Thursday at 1045 in the morning. Also every Thursday, Mike Tannenbaum will join us. The former GGM at 1145 to go through obviously the entire league and the storylines going on in the NFL. And then finally on Friday, guest wise, Chris Canty will join us as he has the last several years in studio. Some weeks, some weeks, he'll be at home because he's obviously got a brand new infant and his wife is working as well. But Canty is going to be with us from on sportsman like and we will

41:05break down the jets and giants throughout the preview of the weekend, so to speak. So that's what you've got in terms of our scheduled guests in addition to the guests that we will throw on the show throughout the course of the week with the baseball. Hopefully some jets and giants related as well. And you know, whether it's rich, whether it's Jordan, Ron on, you will be covered nowhere better than right here. And then some of our segments. We're going to go and take some swings on some new things. And we're going to go back to the well on some things. We've told you about sideline to sideline. Christ off will make its return every Monday at 1230. On whatever has we particularly Christ off, whether it was a wage or a loss that weekend or whatever it is in the sporting world or in just life that has got me angry.

42:05And I would argue that there are a few things that could be funny than an angry fat man. That's just me funny. You're the angry fat man. Speaking of fat man, remember those COVID shows we talked about. Remember the hero right here for the real ones for the OGs out there. You remember a little thing called beat the fat man. Beat the fat man was about television trivia and the 80s, 90s and 2000s. I was rarely beaten in beat the fat man. We used to do that twice a week during COVID on the night show. And we are bringing it back every Tuesday. Now, Dave will tell you, Oh, what is that stump Rothenberg? No, it's better than stump Rothenberg. How about that? I don't sit around and commiserate with my friends and discuss what answers possibly could be for a half hour. No, this is you going right up against me head to head.

43:06That's what it is. Television trivia. We have one contestant and we have me and we have us getting the same exact questions. And I will be off at a hermetically sealed booth, not hearing what the questions are. And you will see if you can beat me. And will you win something? I'm sure you will. What that is. I have no idea, but we'll come up with something that much I can promise you. So that returns every Tuesday at 1130. I'd like to point out for the record. What you will win is dominance over Chris Carlund for at least one week. No, but I mean, we'll come up with something else too. I think maybe I can just come up with something else on my own, right? Because I listen, I know we're limited in terms of the resources right now. You know, but I will come up with something. The dominance over me, I mean, people have that all the time. Is that really a prize that something doesn't have? Somebody doesn't have. I don't know. Wednesdays.

44:08Am I the tool? Am I the nozzle? Maggie Gray will be with us for that. Tom has done an outstanding job at that. And I look forward to him taking it to the next level. What that actually means? I have no idea how we could take it to the next level. There are many, many levels to take it to. We are down at the bottom. And I'm looking forward to Tom trying to do just that on Thursday at 1130. We will have, would you rather where we will present different options in that are New York sports related? Would you rather have this or that? For instance, would you rather have the jets win eight games? Or would you rather have them win six games, but maybe know that Kade Klobnik is capable of being your long term quarterback questions like that, although probably more interesting than that one. Also, the corner table will make its return. We've taken a lot of the summer off. We've done a few of them. But the corner table will be making its return.

45:08And most of them will be done live it in person. In other words, they'll be bringing some food in. And on the ESPN, New York YouTube feed, you get to watch a big man eat and what's more enjoyable than that. I dare you to find something. And then finally, on Fridays, we have the frenzy of football. Once again, in the morning, they have the football frenzy. They ripped off this whole bit from us to begin with, but we will bring back the frenzy of football. So it's not to be outdone by Dave and Rick, who think that they invented radio or something. I don't know. And then finally, our picks, we will have our pro picks on Friday at 1245 each week. And we will give you all the picks that you need for the weekend so that you will know what to bet again. So it is going to be a full, full docket. And this is this is this is what we have scheduled. I like to give you a little bit of an idea. I don't I don't know that you're going to have it all written out and ready to

46:09go, but I want you to know what we're going to be doing and what you can expect when unless there's massive breaking news, you know what you're going to get from the show. And it's going to entertain you the best that we can. Will that be good enough? We'll find out won't we? But I am excited to be working with Dan. I am excited to be working with Maggie for those three days a week. It's going to be a lot of fun. And so we just I'm I recognize that this has been a weird time. And I appreciate everybody who's hung with us. It sucks. What what's happened? It sucked when we lost part. And I am hoping for nothing but great things for him. It's not something that I certainly wanted to happen. Any stretch and was happy about.

47:11But I I know him and obviously everything's fine with him. And he's going to have a ton of success in whatever he's got lined up next. And the phone has been ringing off the hook. No surprise there. We've already seen him show up across the street. I mean, for Pete's sake, they tried to hire him to be Carton's partner a couple of times, you know, over the years. So that's that's not that surprising. I don't know if that's going to happen again or not, but he's already shown up over there. Whatever happens with him. If he's going up against us, then I don't wish him to best. He can go to hell. But you get the point. But I love him to death. I do. And it has been a weird summer for sure. But my appreciation for you, for everybody that has hung with us, that has continued to be loyal listeners to station. It feels like an appropriate day to kind of recognize that on the 25th anniversary of the station.

48:14I jokingly, you know, we talked about what we talked about earlier. I've obviously only been here for a very small fraction of the history of the station, but I have felt very at home.
