Hello Community!  Welcome to Autism Awareness Month.  Today on Real Conversations from the C-Suite, I’m excited to have from Easterseals Southern California, Ms. Debbie Nix, Chief People Officer, and Dr. Crystal Leonard, supervisor, and assessor with Easterseals Autism Services.  This is an exciting time for the organization as a finalist for DE&I Company of the Year in the Enterprise category and for Dr. Leonard as a finalist for DE&I Executive of the Year in the Large Company category.  Their dedication to being at the forefront of the journey from Autism Awareness to Autism Acceptance is a major factor in their impact.
