Tips for Recognizing Hunger and Fullness- Ask yourself “What does hunger feel like?”
- Prepare ahead with healthy foods, or take a healthy snack along with you.
- Eat slowly so that your body can tell your brain that you are full.
- Limit alcohol with meals.
- When you decide to finish eating, do a physical action to show that you are done like pushing your plate away or saying “I’m done.”
