She co-founded the ecommerce behemoth notonthehighstreet.com, is UK Ambassador to Small Creative Businesses and has generated £1billion for the economy. She is a force to be reckoned with.

Holly is a highly respected entrepreneur not least because she has dedicated her career and platforms to championing small businesses. She received an MBE for services to small businesses and enterprise in June 2013 as part of Her Majesty the Queen’s Birthday Honours List.

Rather than business as a stuffy space with spreadsheets here and flow charts there, Holly’s brand of entrepreneurship is all about creativity.

She has topped the Amazon and Sunday Times Business Bestseller charts with her books that have helped hundreds of thousands of business owners find the skills and mindset to steer their businesses to success.

Holly founded the immersive brand Holly & Co to help small businesses through the highs and lows of their business journeys and is striving to redefine what it means to be ‘a small business’. She also encourages more women and young people to start their own businesses.
