My guest today is author and filmmaker, Helena Norberg-Hodge, a pioneer of the local economy movement. Through writing and public lectures on three continents, she's promoting an economic mix of personal and social, and ecological well-being for more than 40 years. She is the founder and director of Local Futures and the International Alliance for Localisation (IAL).

 

In this podcast, Helena and I sat down for a chat concerning localisation, globalisation, the film The Economics of Happiness, neoliberalism, and industrial agriculture.
