Summer can be a taxing season! Here is a short meditation and hack to keep you centered in self-empathy, and cognizant of all that your heart can and cannot hold. If you are feeling a little run down or over run, this one is for you!

Sometimes we don't know where we are at until we sit down and become still. Only then can we speak about it, from that deep stillness. Imagine if you spoke in to a microphone and shared this wisdom with others? Who might you help?
