This is my favourite GROUNDING MEDITATION which includes breath work, visualisation and welcoming in gratitude.

It is best for this episode to be seated or in bed (before sleep is the best time) for this episode. If you are walking around/going about your day - slow your movements and become mindful as you visualise.
