You remember the bad old days of the Biden administration, his sleepy Joe Biden, this super duper Catholic who never got criticized by Rome for anything. Remember when he was president, when he came out that a federal police were putting their own agents in the pews of traditional Catholic parishes and some conservative Catholic parishes, it was mostly just traditional ones, FSSP and SSPX parishes. We know about this because some documents were leaked by a federal employee who just had had enough memos and things directing the government to actually engage in this

We know that they found nothing, but we also know that this happened because if you kind of are a figure that is known at your parish and you get to know the usher a little bit or you get to know some of the office insiders, they will tell you that they picked up on who these men were immediately when they showed up to mass to watch. They saw them in the pews. They weren't exactly being subtle about it. Yeah, they might be dressed in street clothes, but they clearly had no idea how to participate in a traditional Latin mass. So they stuck out like a sore thumb. They identified these men pretty easily. We heard this from numerous people at numerous TLM parishes that they all saw these guys as soon as they showed up. We got an update on that story, but our Sunday visitor news, because there's a related part of this story too, and that is what they did to TLM parishes, they also did to activists trying to fight against the legalization of the sacrifice of MoLock or the most young.

2:09Headlined for our Sunday visitor, Bishop's pro-life chair concerned about uneven and enforcement of face act after Department of Justice report. Of course it was uneven. The long question was designed explicitly to target religious leaders and religious people were trying to stop the gravest evil of our time. It was for it was meant to protect a practice that should not just be banned, but the practitioners of it persecuted ruthlessly. Instead, instead it was used to crush people praying 25 feet from the building and to stop them from having a conversation with the people trying to go in to engage in their satanic business and their whole thing is a tragedy from start to finish, and they're the ones protected. But there's little claws in there also about protecting places of worship. The enforcement was extremely uneven to put it mildly and no one should be surprised

Bishop Daniel Thomas of Toledo, Ohio, chairman of the U.S. Bishop's pro-life committee expressed concern about the federal freedom of access to clinic entrances, act, or face act, and it's quote uneven application. His comments came after the Department of Justice released a report April 14th alleging the Biden administration weaponized the federal law, which is crafted to protect access to both the health facilities and question and houses of worship. Bishop Thomas, who chairs the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops Committee on these activities told our Sunday visitor news, he is thankful for the DOJ's investigation into enforcement of the face act. And it's 882 page report. The DOJ accuses the Biden administration of weaponizing the face act by collaborating with groups that support legal access to this evil act to target the organization standing up for decency and individuals, in some cases, criminal cases where there were disproportionate

4:10sentences for the pro-life defendants and defendants who support access to the sacrifice. In other words, if you were on the side of snuffing out innocent human life or defenseless human life and then you went to protest at a church, you might get a slap on the wrist. But if you were on the side of God and decency and civilization, you got thrown in jail for a long period of time. We saw this play with Mark Howe and a few others. Remember, the super duper Catholic Joe Biden did this. Over some of the communications and actions detailed in the report took place in 2020 and January 2021, the final months of Trump's first term. Now, why is that? Because the man in his first term was absolutely horrifically bad at staffing his own government. We know this. Not making an excuse for the guy. That's on him.

5:11We remember the institutional inertia. That's actually why he started purging the government of federal employees top to bottom when he got in at the second time, is because every agency in the government refused to follow his orders. And the same people who did that were the ones who enforced that law that way at the end of his administration. Face act was signed in law by Bill Clinton. The parts protecting churches were put in by some Republicans who knew the thing was going to pass anyway. So they decided to blunt its effect a little bit by protecting churches, which of course has barely been used. But in the recent kerfuffle when some activists went into a church and I'm going to say Minneapolis was it this last summer with Don Lemon with them? You remember that? They're all being prosecuted under the same act. After the US Supreme Court's dobs case in June 2022, which overturned its previous

6:13precedent from that 1973 evil case, the Biden administration pursued prosecutions under their face act as part of what it called its whole of government response to protect access to the sacrifice to MoLock. However, opponents of that evil said the Biden administration weaponized that law arguing they did not pursue proportionate charges against those who went after facilities or churches on the other side of the question. And this was really clearly retribution by the Biden administration because a historic victory had been won on the side of decency. And so in response, the satanic forces in the government unleashed the full power of the government against those who had just gotten an important victory. The DOJ's investigation confirms that advocates for life weren't provided with equal justice Bishop Thomas said. Pro-life Catholics will continue to advocate for the most vulnerable in the womb and serve mothers with love and support they deserve, especially through pregnancy help centers.

7:13The DOJ's report comes as that department faces scrutiny from some per life leaders for recent filings asking courts to dismiss or pause state lawsuits to roll back the Biden administration's eased restrictions on the now medication we can call that if you want to, most commonly used to do the procedure at home in the first trimester, which is also used in some miscarriage care protocols. And it goes on talking about Don Lemon. You know that story. That is what you're hearing from today. These people are shameless. They did this knowing full well what they were doing and at least now the DOJ's admitting it. I mean, what's going to happen after they admit this? You're going to see lawsuits. That's almost certainly going to see lawsuits. If some haven't been filed already, I'll be shocked because what that admission makes it a actionable civil case.
