On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast, the team sits down with the former Navy SEAL and renowned personal trainer, Stew Smith!  If you don't know Stew Smith, you've been hiding under a rock or sitting your out of shape ass on the couch eating Bon Bons!  Stew Smith has been training SOF candidates for many years now and has been responsible for the creation of numerous SEALs, Green Berets, Rangers, Raiders, and AFSW Airmen.  I mean the guy is an absolute badass and it was a pleasure to sit down and chat with him.
