There's absolutely no value in convincing other people of something I already believe because that does not make it any more real. Most of the times the people you are trying to convince to see the vision and even instrumental in bringing that vision to fruition. So your efforts are wasted. When it starts working that's when they are called out the woodwork to say they always believed in you. So focus your energy on doing what needs to be done to get you to where exactly you are trying to go. That's your RFP gem of the day for Mass 23rd, 2026. If you're focused on the past, you're controlled by fear. If you're focused on the future, you're controlled by anxiety. If you focus on others, you're controlled by them. See whatever you focus on, owns you. If you focus on yourself, you're a piece.
