fishwife /ˈfɪʃwaɪf/ 泼妇，骂街的女人
这个词的来源其实是指卖鱼的女人，在大街上卖鱼大声吆喝，说话也比较豪放粗俗，所以慢慢的，就有了泼妇这个意思，现在就是个贬义词，a woman with a loud voice and bad manners.
