On this week’s episode of the Ones Ready podcast we sit down with the infamous SAR-Pup, Callie...and her handler Rudy.  Rudy has been a Pararescueman for 13 years and served in Active Duty first and then transitioned to the Guard at the 123rd STS.  His teammate Callie is a 3.5 year Dutch Sheppard who is specially trained in search and rescue.  She has additional qualifications as well such as rappelling, fast roping, jumping, and avalanche training.  Rudy and Callie train together in the gym everyday and have modified their workouts to maximize each other.  As as team they have worked the tornado recovery efforts in Tennessee searching rumble that would have taken rescue crews days or weeks to go through.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
