Face Your Traumas or They Will Haunt You In the past, I spent a lot of time running from my traumas and sometimes catch myself doing it now, it only makes things worse. It’s impossible to heal if you don’t face your problems. I decided to learn a song on guitar that was hard to listen to because of the memories attached to it from a past relationship. I had been avoiding simply listening to the song because it always breaks me down, but you have to face your issues if you want to heal and grow. I want to inspire others to do the same.
