0:00A brand new billion dollar building has been added to Melbourne's Skyline. The new skyscraper at 435 Berg Street set to house two new offerings from one of the city's most prominent restriatures. When I got it, it was just a hole in the ground. 435 Berg Street topped out at 48 levels, 60,000 square metres of office space, the top six floors with some of the city's best 360 degree views, but the highlight two brand new Chris Lucas restaurants.
