Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) wouldn't exit without government, so how is it non-governmental? The answer is that its not. In fact, that's one of the underlying themes of this show. Things are just NOT WHAT THEY SEEM. Why is this. In two words, it boils down to DISHONEST MONEY. A NGO is just a racket cloaked in Non-Profit Status. Like many government programs, it's a scam. Why do we allow it? The answer is most people don't even know about them, much less, have knowledge about what they do.
