About this episode
$21 Trillion unaccounted for since 1998. That's enough money to give every man, woman and child in America a one-time bonus of $60,000. That's a lot money. But when you analyze it further, it's used for the destruction of America and its citizens, it makes the comment especially offensive! Catherine Fitz has been tracking this story for decades and is the foremost expert on the subject.

0:00Who gets to decide a Liberty based podcast that brings a little piece of sanity to a confused society drowning in a culture of craziness? And here is your host, Seth Martin. Well I'll ride. What's up everybody and welcome to another episode of Who Gets To Decide. This is episode 646, I'm Seth Martin your host. Thank you for joining me this evening, glad you're here and always happy you're listening. I think I've been listening to more and more lately is a lady named Catherine Austin Fitz. And I ran across Catherine Fitz on X. She has these interesting posts, mostly video posts of interviews with her and various people talking about her big thing is about the stolen money. There's money that's been stolen from the U.S. government by bankers and the Bank of International. settlements and Basel Switzerland and there's a lot to all this.
1:05In fact, I remember first hearing about this way back before 9-11 when Donald Rumsfeld came on TV and said that they couldn't account for like 2.3 trillion dollars from the Department of Defense. And I thought that was kind of interesting and of course we found out or we heard that the records of this money were in building 7 of the World Trade Center and of course many of you know that there's a huge story out there that the building 7 was demolished on purpose. It was not actually damaged in the attack on 9-11 and so this was potentially some sort of cover up. I don't know. But a short answer to all that is who knows, right? But then comes Katherine Austin Fitz, all these years later. She's worked inside the government. She used to work under the Bush administration and she has this company called the Salari
2:09Report and she's bringing all this back up and she's tying a nice big bow on it around what does it mean? What's it all about? What's it for? And I just thought it would be interesting to expose the audience to this. I don't really know how deep this rabbit hole goes. I don't really know that much about it. I think it's plausible, right? I mean when you have the central bank's central bank which is the Bank of International Settlements and then you have all these central banks underneath it and everything that kind of rolls up to the Bank of International Settlements is basically secret. I mean anything is possible, right? But I thought her story was interesting. She kind of ties it in with the control grid and all this hidden money is being used to build underground bases and they estimate there's around 170 of these around the world. And you know, you can envision where it would take something like $20 trillion in 10 years
3:12to build 170 underground bases around the world, even under the ocean. And it's just interesting because Tucker is asking her why, why, why does she think this is happening and things like that. And I just thought it was an interesting conversation and it's a little departure from the war talk and all that's all that's happening there which is, you know, look, I mean there's a saying that the first casualty of war is the truth. And I think now that the guns are firing, I mean it's going to be very, very difficult to see what the truth is. You got Trump telling us it's going great. You got General, some generals telling us that former generals telling us, no, it's actually worse than what they're saying. A lot of our bases have been attacked in these other countries like Qatar and Lebanon and just, you know, we have, we have bases all around the Middle East.
4:13And so a lot of these bases have become targets and we're suffering real losses there. So I don't know what the truth is. Nobody's knows yet, I'm sure we'll find out eventually, but right now we don't know the truth. And so because we don't really know the truth and there's no really coherent story around the war other than America's great and we're the most awesome of awesome most countries and Iran is evil and they have nuclear weapons and they can never be allowed to have nuclear weapons and this kind of storyline, it's just not very interesting. So I find these other, these other stories which are more encompassing, they have more to do with why things are happening, you know, sometimes that's the hardest thing to get to is why are people doing this, you know, why, why are the globalists doing this to us? Do they not care about us? I mean, I think that's obvious. I think they try to kill a lot of us during COVID. That's pretty obvious at this point. Something like the estimates are now that I read that the COVID shot actually killed like
5:1717 million people around the world. I think that's maybe more than died of actually COVID, whatever it was and it could have been maybe it's some sort of bio weapon that was created. We don't really know, right? But we just, we do know that there was a lot of interest in getting everybody to take it and we know now that it's killed a lot of people. So connect the dots. But today I wanted to talk about Katherine Austin Fitz. I want to talk about this conversation she's having with Tucker. Some of the most interesting conversations I think are happening on Tucker Carlson. Now he doesn't, he's not really ever taking much of a position and so the causality kind of stuff that goes in these conversations is missing somewhat. And so that's kind of where I would like to try to fill in the blanks and just kind of put some color commentary around what they're talking about. Because I do believe that this money system is the reason for all of this stuff.
6:23It's the reason for the wars. It's the reason for the pandemic. It's the reason it's related to all of this stuff. It's related to the corruption and why we can't prosecute people. It's related to Epstein. It's all related to this, this money system that we've created, this world order that kind of resides under the US dollar. And you know, look, ultimately we're going to have to get rid of it because it's antithetical to liberty, to prosperity, to the American way. And whether you like it or not, there's 300 million people, 350 million people living in America, a huge number of which believe in the story they all told us, you know, in eighth grade history. And so with that kind of backdrop, it's going to be very difficult, I think, to disarm people of their freedom, of their economic freedom. Now, it doesn't mean they're not going to try. Okay.
7:24It doesn't mean it's not going to be miserable for us, but it's going to be very, very difficult. And Catherine Fitz, she kind of touches on that a little bit, but I just want to, I want to introduce you to the idea of control. We talked about this with the Whitney Webb interview, who I think is also another fantastic person on this subject. But this control grid thing that we're hearing about, this digital prison, these are some of the terms you hear about. And you know, I think I just think it's going to be, it's going to be a big battle. It's going to be the big battle of our lives coming. So I thought we would spend a little time talking about that here today. All right. This first clip that I'm going to play really is an introduction to the idea of control. What this is, who's behind it, why the banking system is so important for it.
8:25And so let me play this clip and we'll come back. This is a short one. Should I have some long ones and I have some short ones? This one's short. So it won't be too long before we come back and listen on the other side. Let's go ahead and play here. What they did to the Canadian truckers, we don't like what you're doing. We cut off your money and we cut off your friends money and if people help you, we cut off their money too. So I've had, I've known so many different people around the country who've been debanked. We just got legislation passed in Tennessee that a bank over a certain size couldn't debank someone for political or religious reasons. You know, and you're one of the things that's happened. There's no such federal law. Not that I know of, but I haven't looked. I've been working with the states because ultimately the one power currently under the Constitution in the United States that can stop this, the power is not delegated to the federal government by the states are reserved to the states. In other words, the states are technically more powerful than the federal government.
9:27And under the Constitution, they have the power to override the federal government on many different issues, including healthcare. And so one of the tensions we see in America is more and more there is a debate between the feds and the states about who has what power. So we've seen a lot of the conservative AGs and treasurers pushing back in a wonderful way, in a marvelous way, the challenge they have is this. And this was said to me by a senator in Northern Ohio, Northern Ohio has one of the best groups of freedom fighting legislator. All right, before we get into that story, first of all, I've mislabeled my clip. So this is not the control overview clip, but but she is talking about something very important and a point I was going to bring up after we talked introduced what the control grid looks like and who's behind it. But she brings up a good point here about the states and the states having the power.
10:29The 10th amendment, this is the 10th amendment is maybe one of the most important amendments in the Constitution, but it doesn't. You almost never hear anybody talk about the 10th amendment. The 10th amendment is the amendment that says, look, whatever, whatever powers we've left out here or haven't restricted the states from, like we've either empowered the federal government to do certain things or in and or restricted the states to do certain things. And anything we haven't mentioned here, those powers are reserved to the states or to the people thereof. Okay. Now, I've been at some of these town halls before and I have gone up and talked to my representative after the fact and said, what about the 10th amendment? How come you guys keep inventing new things and nobody ever stands up and says, hey, what about the 10th amendment? And look, to be frank, the guy didn't have a very good answer for it. This was years ago. It's no longer the congressman in my district.
11:30You get a sense that there's something controlling, you know, one of the things when I look at someone like Katherine Fitz and I listen to what she's talking about and it can seem fantastical, you know, like unbelievable what she's talking about. One of the reasons that lends me to believe that there's something like what she's talking about is you just can't stop any of this craziness. We all know it's crazy. We all see that it's not constitutional, it's not lawful, it's not legal, however you want to say it, but yet it continues. And so one of the explanations for continuing other than blackmail is that there's just there's a group of very powerful people and they're in the banking system. They're in the central banking system or they're at the bank of international settlements or the international monetary fund or whatever and they control all this stuff.
12:33They control us to the point where it doesn't matter that there's a 10th amendment. It doesn't matter that there's a first amendment. They're going to get their way. And so a lot of what she says really kind of fits into the puzzle, you know, it's like a missing piece to the puzzle. So I have a tendency to kind of put a lot of integrity into what Katherine Fitz is saying and what she's going to be saying on this program today as we introduce these topics. All right, now she's going to tell a story and I'm going to I'm going to follow up with that story too. I'm going to follow up the interpretation or the coloring of this story as to why this is a big problem. And I'm going to tie it into taxes and things like that. But let's let her tell the story. There is in the country. And as you probably know, because you know, it's very beautiful and so about Montana. Idaho. Idaho. So, but it's right, you know, it's right next to Montana.
13:35So one of the Idaho senators said to me, he said, my problem every time I fight to implement the Constitution, he said, what I learn is the every year we send a dollar to Washington and every year Washington sends back a dollar and 19 cents. And when I say I want to implement the Constitution, my constituents say to me, I'd rather have the 19 cents. Yeah. So what we've been watching literally since World War II is the federal government and a very large S, both monetary and fiscal policy, buying people out of the Constitution and buying the whole federal, I mean, the federal government is right now so operating so far outside the laws, you know, you know how unbelievable it is. So that's the challenge before us. If we want to be free, you know, we're going to have to decide we're not going to let ourselves be, you know, it's, it's like being sort of walked into the slaughterhouse. We're not going to walk into the slaughterhouse. And all right, yes, that's right.
14:38Because we think money is prosperity or money is wealth or fiat money, the kind of money that government issues is wealth, we've allowed ourselves to be bought off. But this is like, it's kind of like taking heroin, okay, and I've never taken heroin. It's just for the record, but my understanding of taking heroin is it makes you feel really good. And then after it wears off, you know, your body metabolizes it, you feel really bad. Well, that's like this patronage system that we have, you know, this money system. We're buying people off, you know, because we're the government's buying people off. Why? How are they allowed? How is the government? I mean, just listen to what she said. I'd rather have the 19 cents. That's because you don't understand what real money is. And so to me, this is a core part of the problem in America is people don't understand what real money is. They think little green piece is a paper that the government just runs off the printing press as money.
15:38No, that's not money. That's fiat. That's at will pieces a paper that they use to buy you off. And it is an effect like a way of leading the sheep to the slaughter, okay? These people are leading us to ruin, okay? And it's a lack of our, it's our own lack of knowledge about the value of our own productivity, the value of our money. What is, it just gets down to the very core of what is money? Money is this is one side of every single transaction. But money, if money didn't buy anything, if it wasn't useful and couldn't buy anything, it wouldn't be a tool for us to survive. The only reason we accept money, I think, from the government, I mean, there's a lot of reasons, but maybe one of them is because we know that we have the dollar reserve standard. You know, in other countries where they don't have the reserve currency, they're less,
16:42they're less interested in this kind of deal. Hey, take away my freedom and I'll give you, you take away my freedom and I'll give you 19 cents out of 100. I'll give you 19 cents. And this is just a bad deal, but we're complicit, I mean, we're on the other, it's a, in a sense it's voluntary because we're voluntarily allowing ourselves to be manipulated like this. And ultimately, it's going to end badly. And all these people that think that they're winning as a result of this are actually going to be losing. All right. I hopefully I can get back on track with these, with these clips. I don't know, but this next one is for the, it defines the, she talks about the bank of international settlements. What is it? Where's it located? What does it do? That kind of thing. And it's pretty, it's kind of like what you would think, but there's some interesting things here that she mentions about it. The BIS is the Bank of International Settlements and it's the central bank of central banks.
17:46Where is that located? It's the Basel, Switzerland and it has 63 of the most powerful central banks as its members and the New York Fed and the Fed are both shareholders. They became shareholders in 1994 in what sentence, what's the, what's the purpose of the Bank of International Settlements? Okay. So there are two things you need to know about the Bank of International Settlements. I'm not sure my brain's big enough for this, but keep going. It is. Okay. It has sovereign immunity. What does that mean? It's above the law. It's its own country. It's its own country. It has its own police force and essentially other than one of its staff being in a car accident or, you know, minor things, no one has the legal authority to move against it. Okay. And that's sovereign immunity. That's number one. Number two, it can move money and hold it on its bank, on its balance sheet and manage money secretly. So if I want to, and I'm grossly ever simplifying, if I want to steal 21 trillion from the US government
18:49and park it on the balance sheet of the BIS, it can move it anywhere in the world and it can keep it on its balance sheet secretly. Why would there be an organizational, but first of all, where does its power, who empowered it to have sovereign immunity in the region? It was created after World War I and collected its powers and got going in the 30s and it was created in theory to manage the reparations of the German government. But if you read the real history, it was because of the Bank of England and the Central Bakers wanted an entity that had sovereign immunity. They wanted to be able to move money secretly. So for example, if you look at what happened during World War II and all the money that was moving back and forth between the Germans and Americans, you know, Dallas was over in Switzerland helping to manage all these transfers back and forth. So there's a wonderful book called The Tower of Basel by a wonderful Hungarian journalist where he documents and describes the whole history of the Bank of International Settlements.
19:50And if you want to understand power in this world, understanding how the Bank of International Settlements and the plumbing of the Central Banking System works is very, very important. All right. Yes. Now, I agree. The problem with all this stuff really is that it's very, very boring. You know, when you're reading about the Bank of International Settlements and how it's structured and who owns it and maybe it doesn't even disclose who owns it, that's the way a lot of these banking things work is, you know, maybe, maybe Japan, you know, Japan has a central bank and Europe has a central bank and maybe those are owned by sovereign governments. But then when you go up high enough to, like, the Bank of International Settlements, you'll find that it's owned by generational wealth families, you know, the Rothschilds. And I forgot the Italian company, the Italian name, Mincini or something like that. There's all these families, these generational wealth families that you've never heard of,
20:52by the way. Now, we've heard of the Rothschilds because of their involvement in the foundation of Israel as a country and one of the Rothschilds here, Jacob Rothschild just died here like a few months ago and that was big news. And of course, they have a very bad reputation of meddling in the finances of the world and they never seem to be on the losing side of things, right? They're always winning, you know, they're like Trump, always winning. But the Bank of International Settlements is in Switzerland, you know, which is probably why Switzerland is always neutral. You know, there's probably something to that, the fact that they're always neutral. It's because they have all the money. Why do they want to get in a fight, you know, with anybody, they got all the money, just hang on to the money. All right, what I'm going to do is I'm going to go to what I have labeled is the states have the power. But I hope it's more about the control grid because I mislabeled a couple of these.
21:55I thought I labeled them correctly, but I didn't. So let me jump to that clip real quick and maybe go back to the beginning, so to speak, and see what we've got here. It's absolutely happening. And what's important, understand, it's been happening for a long time. In other words, this is like an invisible corral that's that they've been building around you for a long, long time, because the, you know, how do a few sneak up on the many? Well, you have to do it very quietly and visibly before you throw the trap. So, so essentially what they're building, because it's converting a currency system into a control system. So it's really the end of currency. And what they're doing is they've been building the different digital pieces. And when it integrates and comes together, then you literally have a digital concentration camp. It's complete and utter control, otherwise known as the world. It's, here's the thing to understand, we, you and I grew up in a world where there was
22:56mass media where you were pitching stories. So you had 57 varieties of ice cream and you're pitching them to 57 different niches. But you're still pitching to mass audiences. What we're talking about is a system where you can surveil, control, and influence one person at a time. And with AI and software, each person can have their custom surveillance, influence, nudging, and control system. Emponagement. Yes. Okay. Yeah. This, it seems like the further we move through history, you know, technology, I remember thinking this when the internet came out, you know, the, the promise of the internet was it's going to be the great equalizer. It's going to give power to back to the individual and take it away from the state. What tends to happen is the states, it takes them a while to figure out how they're going to take advantage of it. Then they take advantage of it and they use it as a tool against you. It's the same thing with the money, you know, we used to be on gold and silver.
24:01And then the banks started to loan out more money than there was actually gold and silver. And so they effectively broke the metal system. Okay. Once, once you had kind of all the ownership, all these claims to, to assets in the world, you couldn't go back to gold because there went enough gold, especially when everybody was pretending that gold was $20 an ounce. You know, eventually it went to like $33 an ounce in the US officially, okay, unofficially, just look at the spot price of gold. But it seems like every time we make a move, like we made a, we hit, we're on gold and that was freedom, okay. And then we went to loaning money on gold, you know, receipts and expanding beyond the actual gold and reserve. And then when that played out, then we just went off gold altogether and just have a money system based on trust. I trust you not to print so much that you enrich yourselves and destroy the rest of
25:06us. And now we're going to be going to something, you know, that's completely digital. And it has all the features of the fiat system. But it also has this technological feature that controls you. It customizes your particular control. So like, in other words, AI has the capability, right now the government doesn't have really the capability to control me as an individual, okay. They can control groups of us by throwing incentives and disincentives around in a certain way. But the idea with this digital prison or this control grid is you can run AI and AI can sit there and follow, you know, an AI can follow me individually and customize the control, my pay, how much money I get, what I buy, where I go. And if I violate, if I'm not a good citizen, it can just isolate me from the economic system.
26:09It just makes me an outsider in my own country. And this is a, this is a course terrifying. But this seems to be what a lot of these people have been working on, trying to work on with this AI. Now I know we're talking about AI is going to replace jobs and all that. I just don't, I don't, I mean, it may replace some. In fact, it's already replaced some, but it's not going to replace every job. It's main job unless you're a police officer, okay. It's mainly going to replace intelligence officers and people like that. Those people are going to have to find something to do or do slightly different job than what they normally do because essentially all these cameras, all this technology that we use is going to surveil us directly with us volunteering to do it. In other words, when you, when you check that button, that terms of service button on your iPhone, it'll, you know, if you read in there, it'll, it'll say we, we can do this in that to you, we can track this and we can track that.
27:10There's people who have shown that the iPhone takes like an infrared photo of your face like every five seconds. So if you're using an iPhone, they've already got your face, your face, they know your face better than you do, which is pretty crazy when you think about it. And so yeah, look at what they did to the truckers in Canada and debanking them. This was just a, this is a minor thing. They're going to do this, they're going to do this as individuals. And you know what, we're going to, you're going to hear about your friend. You're going to, one of your friends is going to say, man, I've been debanked. I, I can't pay my mortgage and then you're going to see them go bankrupt and you're going to see them lose their cars and you're going to, and it's just going to get worse and worse for them because they're a bad citizen. And we're going to each have stories like that. We're going to actually know people in the economy that have lost connection with the rest of the world in every way that's meaningful and from a technological standpoint. So this is a very scary thing. I hope it doesn't happen.
28:11She's going to talk in here somewhere about how, you know, ultimately people will have to, you know, culturally in large numbers, people are going to have to say no to this. I mean, one person in the wilderness saying no to this is not going to be enough. I mean, we're going to have to have massive numbers of people saying no to this in order to stop it. Otherwise, it's just going to continue. Forget about the practical aspects of AI and the practical implications of potential over investment around AI. There's just, there's this kind of dystopian possibility that exists out there that they could just use it to create like a new America that's like a dystopian America. I mean, we've seen movies like this, right? I mean, go watch the Hunger Games. There's movies like this. And probably the reason there's movies like this is because this is stuff that they're
29:13actually working on. You know, that's where you get your best ideas, right? All right. Let me pop over to, let's talk about the financial coup that she talks about because I think that's important. All right. Let's click on that here. So I think, I call it a financial coup. I think what happened was when the budget deal busted in 1995, they gave up on the government. They just said this form of government will not work as a governance structure to manage the dollar system. They're right about that. And you know, they just felt it was impossible. If you're a risk manager, you got to turn the aircraft carrier before you hit the iceberg. And that could be 20 years before, do you know what I mean? And they just felt that the system wasn't working and it required to get consensus. You just had to dump people down and buy them off and it just wasn't working. So I think they decided, okay, we're going to reengineer government on the just do it
30:16method. And the first thing we're going to do is we're going to pull all the money out. We're going to put the government in a debt trap and then we'll squeeze it and shift to the control model. And it was a financial coup and it started in fiscal 1998. So it started literally October 1st, 1997 by 2015, they had had 21, we had reports in their financials of 21 trillion of undocumented adjustments from a cash standpoint. You know, it could be 50, it could be 50 trillion or 10 trillion. There's no way to tell unless you can get access to the bank records. And then what happened was Dr. Mark Skitmore of Michigan State University and I published a study, sort of a survey we had done thanks to him and his students that announced that we were up to the 21 trillion at that point. Then the next step that happened, remember the Kavanaugh hearings? Very well. Okay. What you don't remember is during the Kavanaugh hearings.
31:17The White House, the Senate, the House, Republican and Democrat, all of them together instituted issued an administrative policy called Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board Statement 56. Yeah, I did miss that. I'll just say I was busy watching Kavanaugh yellow that is teenage drinking or whatever. And what that policy said is as a matter of administrative policy, we do not have to obey the constitutional provisions related to financial budgeting and disclosure. We do not have to obey the laws and we do not have to obey the regulations. What we can do is appoint a secret group of people by a secret process to move money out of the financial disclosures of the United States and 150. So it's the 24 covered agencies plus approximately 150 governmental entities. And when you throw in the classification laws and the national security laws, it also
32:22applies to the big banks and contractors working for the U.S. government. Now let me explain what this means as a matter of investment. When I look at the U.S. large cap stock market or the U.S. bond market, the Treasury market, I have no financial disclosure that has any meaning. Everything's secret. I have no idea what it means. If I pick up the financials of a New York Fed member bank that is running the U.S. Treasury Department's bank accounts or if I pick up the Treasury financial statements, they're meaningless. They don't mean anything. What's missing? You can't know. All you can know is a secret group of people can move whatever they want to go missing and you can't know what it is. It's all secret. So I'm looking at half the cake, but I don't know what part of the cake is missing. So it's meaningless. You don't even know if it is half.
33:23Right. I don't. It is reached a level of absurdity where, but the absurd thing is, as a legal matter, to take the position that an administrative policy greed upon by the uniparty can overrule the Constitution, can overrule the laws, and can overrule the regulations simply by, like, you waved the wand and suddenly magically law doesn't matter. Okay. Yeah. Again, this kind of goes back to the eighth grade history or whatever we learned in school. We're a nation of laws, you know. Not exactly, what we have is we don't have actually three branches of government. We have four. So we have this managerial state. Let me be clear. The managerial state that we have is not that much different than the managerial state
34:24that the Soviet Union had. It's just a group of permanent bureaucrats doing government stuff, okay? And this particular group of bureaucrats that she's talking about, what they did is they created a board, okay, a board of individuals that was, first of all, they said, as an administrative matter. Okay. So there's not a law. There's no act of Congress here. They just administratively agreed. The Republicans and the Democrats agreed that there would be a board. And on this board would be a group of people that would decide how much money they could siphon away from the American system. And she told you like what those areas were. You have the government agencies. You have the 150 or so to whatever sub. I forgot what she called them, not agencies, but like a subcategory of those agencies.
35:27And then you have all the publicly traded corporations. And essentially what happens is this board gets to decide. So let's just take the government part of it, okay? Let's say that HUD appropriates $150 billion to do its programs, whatever its programs are, okay? Well, this board can go in and say, well, we're going to take 10 percent of that. We're going to take 15 billion. And it's going to go into this slush fund over here for what we want to spend it on. What? I mean, does that sound like, does that sound like representative government to you? What is unbelievable? And this is just unknown. Like this is just not known to anybody. I don't know a single person talking about this. And she's talking about an administrative policy, which presumably you can go look up and verify that that policy actually exists.
36:29But it's, you know, notice when they did it during all the noise during the Kavanaugh hearings. Remember all that? You know, he allegedly raped this woman at a party where everybody was drinking beer out of the keg and all this kind of stuff. We found out later she completely lied. And nothing happened to her. I mean, she lied in front of Congress or in front of the, at least the committee, judiciary committee. Nothing happened to her. But while all this noise was going on, they created this board to siphon money off of everything, literally everything, and make it legal. I mean, this is unbelievable to me. I mean, that is definitely a financial coup if I've ever heard one. All right. Now, the question is why, okay, so why did they create this? And she has a theory and she's going to share it with us. And you're going to hear about underground bases. You're going to hear about extinguishing level events, things like this. So space, she talks a lot about space. Why is the government more interested in space now than they were back in the 60s?
37:32Back in the 60s, it was all about developing rockets to deliver weapons. Today, it's all about satellite technology that you need to control everybody. You basically need a huge network of satellites that are constantly processing data and tracking people and going through their financial statements and connecting the dots to see what they're up to. And all this, you need space. You need satellites to do that. So let's listen to, let's listen to her talk about these underground bases because it's also very fascinating. Paul Shift, magnetic, Paul Shift is one of the theories of what causes these events. But there is a history of near-extinction events. And one of the things that I've looked at, because I'm trying to figure out, you know, between 1998 and fiscal 2015, there were 21 trillion of undocumented adjustments in the
38:32US government. If you go to our website, missingmoney.seller.com, we have years and years of documentation, including the government financials that show this. And so the question is, where's all this money going? And one of the things I've looked at in the process of looking at where all this money is going is the underground base and city infrastructure and transportation system that's been built. And I'm sorry. Yes. So we have built an extraordinary number of underground bases and supposedly transportation systems. Some of these are a record of, some of these are documented as part of the national security infrastructure. I think there are many more in the United States, in the United States, all over the world. And from 2021 to 2023, I took one of the smartest subscribers in the Salary Report network. And he and I spent two years collecting all the data and all the allegations on underground
39:35bases. And then we systematically went through and tried to estimate our guess. This is totally a guess of how many underground bases both underground in the United States, but also underground under the ocean around the United States. And our estimate was 170 with the transportation network connecting them. And what would be the purpose? The purpose, if you thought you were going to get a near extinction event. So there to me, there are two purposes. You have so many activities going on that you need to keep secret that you're basically building the capacity to, for example, if you're doing a secret space program, you need to platform it from, you know, things that can't be seen. But I think if you're worried about a near extinction event, that's... So I know nothing about this, other than my only window. You know, steal a bunch of money from the world, really. I mean, when you're talking about, when you're talking about a dollar reserve standard,
40:40that involves the whole world, okay? There's money transactions. These are multinational corporations. You're talking about nearly 200 divisions of the government agencies and different parts of the government. You're talking about something that really involves the whole world, stealing from the whole world. Now the government already steals, okay? They steal from you with inflation. They steal from you on taxes. But what they're doing here is they're taking some additional money out of programs away from multinational corporations, and they're creating a fund, apparently, according to her, to build all these underground bases, 170 of them. So if you follow this, if you follow this kind of logically, especially looking at where we are right now, as a country, you build all these bases. You create essentially a giant bunker system underground, and then, you know, we've already
41:40seen, I mean, this is getting really, I mean, I'm really being paranoid at this point. But we've already seen during COVID where they tried to kill a bunch of people doing that. I think if they had, if COVID had gone their way, the way they really wanted to do it, everybody would have taken the most potent mRNA shots, and right around now, you'd have everybody dying off. I mean, we'd have massive people dying, like multi-billion, like three billion people dying across the planet. And it would all be in the Western world, too, by the way, because people in Africa, in countries in Africa, and India, and places that are kind of remote and not industrialized, they didn't take the shot. So what you would have is you would have like two or three billion people from the industrialized part of the world dying, okay? I don't know. Maybe that doesn't work. So what they do is they have a limited nuclear, a global nuclear war, and all the government people, and all the people, you know, important people, all the VIPs, run underground, and hide
42:45out, you know, and run the world from underground. I guess that's what we're talking about. I don't know, man, you know, me, I just'd rather go back to honest money and let's just trade and be happy human beings. That's kind of what I see. I don't see the point of having these governments do all this crazy stuff. And the only way to limit them, the way to limit them is not to have the US dollar reserve currency. The way to limit them is to have gold, okay, or something like that. Something that cannot be created from nothing. And then, you know, governments eventually they just run out of money because they're not disciplined enough. First of all, they don't spend the money well, okay, like you and I do. We economize, right? We watch every penny. Governments don't do that. So eventually they would run out of money and they ended chaos and you basically have more freedom as a result of it. All right, let's continue here.
43:46I knew a contract who worked on one in Washington, in the city of Washington, DC, and I remember him telling me about a power box, like a transformer box on Constitution Avenue that he told me because he worked on it personally was actually the exit, the egress from White House. That was kind of bivocal. I thought that was, I was like really, oh, yeah, no, I, I installed it, I know. And I thought, well, that's kind of crazy than the middle of this big city where I lived. I lived and that was on Constitution Avenue every day that you could build something like that without me knowing it under the VP's house at the Naval Observatory. Same thing. I think most people know that next to my brother's house on McCombs Street in DC. So, so like, but that's, I always thought that was like preparation for nuclear war. Like I didn't really think about it that much. Yeah. It's preparation for catastrophe. So, but you think that there are facilities like that in other places outside DC?
44:47Oh, yeah. So if you're interested, we have a great interview. I did an interview of Richard Dolan on underground basis on the solar report and it's sort of an introduction to the topic and it's based on a lot of the research of a guy named Richard Souter who is very hard to interview. So Richard kind of went through all the material. And you know, clearly it's, I don't know if you ever saw Washington posted a project. It was in 2010 or 12 called Top Secret America. And one of the reporters, it was a team of two reporters, one of them put together a database of all the different top secret installations that had been built in the country, including since the Patriot Act. And what you saw was just this explosion of money and building so many both underground and above ground facilities. You know, it doesn't really matter if it's like an asteroid or if it's a nuclear war or it's a pandemic or whatever it is, the government has prepared something for it.
45:53And because, you know, because we have this inability to really get along in the world, I guess they feel like this is a real threat. Now to me, there's something creepy about the government putting itself above the people that it represents. I mean, like it's to have a vast network of underground facilities where you could live and run the world and there's a small group of people that live there or, you know, when I say small, maybe there's a billion people that would live underground. I don't know. I don't know how big these places are, but you know, it seems like it would be better to just honor your duty as a representative of the people of the government you represent to honor their, honor their representation and represent them in a way that's good for
46:53them, which by extension would be good for you. But we don't have that. We have, it's like a club. It's like a, what's the comedian? He says, it's a big club and you're not in it. It's like we have a club that operates, it says it operates on our behalf, but really it operates for totally different reasons that we don't even understand and to the extent that it thinks that we're at real risk of dying. And so it's happy to just let us die as long as they can survive. You know, there's just something, that's, it doesn't seem like to, that's the purpose of government. You know, that's not always, again, I always go back to this. This is not what we learned in eighth grade, right? And so it's just crazy that, that a group of people have come up with such a fantastical kind of idea and turn it into reality, if it's reality.
47:53I mean, we don't really know. All right, I've got, I've got two more clips. One of them is really short. One of them is going to sound very familiar to you because it's, it's kind of what I talk about when I'm discussing these topics. This part really, which he talks about reminds me of kind of what I always say, you know, there's, if you want to work a problem, you have to know the, if you want, if you want to find a solution, you have to know the problem. And there's kind of this reality to things and, and I think she, I thought she had a really elegant way of explaining this. I want to play that now. Oh, no. So I just have to say that reality is sort of the door that you open to find real solutions. So there are real solutions and, and the biggest obstacle to implementing them is nobody wants to face it. So used to have a pastor, nobody wants to face the truth of how things actually work. Nobody wants to face the truth. And I understand that because the hardest thing I ever had to do, Tucker, was look in
48:56the mirror and say, I'm the Patsy. I was the assistant secretary of housing. I didn't know. And I went along and I didn't face this. I should have seen this faster. I should have said, I'm the Patsy. And it was, it's sometimes it's harder than facing death to admit that you've been part of a big lie and you've been tricked as someone who advocated for the Iraq war on television. I've lived this. To some extent. Oh, no. Yes, I did. Well, you know, part of facing this is you have to forgive yourself. You really have to, but I used to have a pastor who would say, if we can face it, God can fix it because you have to understand we can't fix it. There are many, many things we can do to change the course. And I believe ultimately freedom can prevail. And there are many things we can do to help that happen. But ultimately, this is a spiritual war and you have to call on God. You have to call on the divine. And that's where the battle is ultimately going to be decided.
49:58And that means literally, I believe this is true. The divine intelligence cannot go to work unless we're willing to face it. You know, we have to look at it. We have to pray. We have to ask for help. And we have to deal with it. And the solutions, the real solutions will be cultural. There will be millions of people acting in their own life refusing to be controlled individually. So very, very wise, OK, yeah, you know, look, I think she's right. I mean, there is a reality to solutions. And there are, it's kind of, it's kind of like the useful idiot thing. There are people, you know, I think Catherine Fitz would admit that she's one of them. She was, she was part of the system, right? She, she worked for HUD and she was doing what she thought was good. She was a good thing, right? And she's, she's forgiven herself and she's taken the high road and is trying to uncover
50:58all these things for our benefit, for our collective benefit. But I think there's a, you know, one of the, one of the things I always say on here, I don't know if you, if you're a new listener, you might not have heard me say this. But one of the things I say is, look, don't lend your talent to the government. Don't go work for the government because, in the very least, it'll let you down, OK? You'll, you'll be like Catherine Fitz, you'll, you'll wake up one day, somebody tried to invite you to the council on four relations. I think, I think that's coming up here. And you're going to go, yeah, no, I don't really want to do that. And there's, there's just going to be a reality that eventually sets in that you're, you're putting your talents in the service of evil. And I think you just shouldn't go where you're, I watched a, I've talked about this show before, but it's called a man for all seasons. It's a great movie. I think it was a Academy Award winner in 1969 or something, but it's about the rise of
51:58the Church of England and Sir Thomas Moore and Henry VIII and Ann Bolin and Catherine and how Henry VIII wanted to divorce Catherine because she couldn't give him a son and he wanted to make himself head of the Church in England. And Sir Thomas Moore was on the high council and he wouldn't sign off on this. And ultimately, Thomas Moore was put to death over the thing. He's got a young understudy at the very beginning of the show, got him Richard. And Sir Richard eventually becomes, it's like a turning general of whales or something like that. But Thomas Moore knew that Richard was susceptible to temptation and he told Richard in the movie because Richard was trying to get him to give him a post, hire me, employ me. And Thomas Moore kept saying no, no, and he said why? And he goes, because a man should go where he's not tempted. And what he was telling him is if I send you to the King's Court, you're going to be
53:02tempted and you're going to get yourself all entangled in bribery and corruption and things like that and you should just go be a teacher. There's nothing wrong with being a teacher. And it's just a great movie. There's a lot of lessons in that movie, but I think about that when I think about government and I think about when I tell people, I don't go work for the government. Don't do it because at the very least you're going to find yourself feeling like Catherine Fitz here, or you know, if you're not a very bright person and you're working for the government, I mean, you may never have that kind of feeling. But certainly people that are bright and intelligent and know what's what, they're eventually going to come to this realization or they're going to be asked to do something that they can't live with themselves over and they're going to, you know, divulge a secret or something kind of like Seth Rich did and find themselves dead or whatever. So just don't go work for the government. In fact, if we all did that, if we all just said, you know what, I think the government's
54:03evil and I'm not going to go work for it, well, then they wouldn't find there would be nobody to employ, you know, they wouldn't build a hire anybody. But obviously that's not the case. There's plenty of people that think it's fine to work for the government and they're happy to take their money, even though it's printed. So nothing we can do about it. All right, let me, there's this last clip that I want to play and it's fairly short as well. And, but I think it's a good one here. All right, hang on. Just as a theological matter, I hate to say this, but I think it's true. If you're building a lot underground, you're on the wrong side. I just don't, I don't think that's a good sign. So I'll tell you a very nice, right? I mean, like, God, just like, let's just, the obvious first, that's not good. So I'll tell you a very funny story. So in after I left the administration, after I left the Bush administration, I went on the board of Sally May. And I'm on the board of Sally May and after one of the first meetings, there's a wonder fist up.
55:04I don't, I, you've been talking about underground bases and colonizing space and you clearly seem totally sane, but I'm sure some people like, well, she's obviously crazy. I should have set the stage at the beginning with your biography, like yours mainstream, you're on the board of Sally, you're a partner until and read. It's like, you're not just like on the internet. I'm sorry. I just want to say, I just want to say that this is like a former high level federal official who's on the board of Sally May and a partner of Dillon Reed. Okay. I just want to say that. Okay. So I'm on the board and there was a lovely chairman, a really lovely guy. And he comes up, he says, can I talk to you after the meeting and I said, sure. And he pulls out this big glossy brochure for the council and foreign relations. He said, the time has come for you to join and he said, we want you to ask Nick Brady to sponsor you. And I said to him, Sam, I just don't want to do this. I just, I really don't want to do it. And he looked shocked and he said, you don't understand.
56:05If you don't do this, you're out forever. And just at that moment, just at that moment, you know, it's these moments when things come to you. I saw in my mind, I'm very pictorial. I saw in my mind a locker in the on base and they were taking my name off of the locker. And I thought, I thought, you know, if it comes to that, I'll take my chances upstairs with the way boy. Yeah. Me too. And I said, but it's this, it's a, you know, something, it's at the deepest root. It's a spiritual and cultural question. I totally agree. Who's cowering underground like in the darker places? No. Okay. Yeah. So it's a kind of along the same lines of what I was just talking about. We've talked about the Council on Foreign Relations here. These are where the elites are. The elites that sit around and they talk about policy and what's going to happen. I don't forget, there was a, there was a, I care about 9-11 or some conspiracy theory
57:06type movie or documentary. And there was a guy that he befriended. He was a great grandson of John D. Rockefeller, who was on the Council on Foreign Relations. And they were out having drinks, he's telling the story. We're out having drinks one night and he starts talking to me about how these planes are going to fly into buildings and it's going to be terrorism. And we're going to be at war with all these Arabs and all this stuff. And this is before it happened. Okay. Before it happened. And of course, the Rockefeller guys on the CFR, he's on the Council on Foreign Relations. So there are people that know things, okay, that are in the club that you're not in, right? And I think this says a lot about her character, you know, that she said, I just don't want to do that. You know, I don't want to be in your club, thanks, but no thanks. And of course, he, well, you'll never be able to get in if you don't get in now, you know, kind of thing. And she's like, yeah, I'm not, not too worried about that.
58:07And that's the way I feel, you know, and I don't know. I've never had anybody ask me to join the Council on Foreign Relations. So I don't know if I could, if I could officially say that I would definitely decline, but I feel pretty confident that I would decline. And to me, this is, I don't know, there's something about, there's some people that you just cannot control, okay, there's some people, and I don't know what it, I don't know what it is, or they're, they're so against the mainstream that you're never going to be able to get them to come to the dark side, you know, it's kind of like, it's kind of like Star Wars, right? You know, there's, there were people susceptible to the dark side and there were people that just were never going to go. Luke and Leia were never going to go to the dark side. That just wasn't going to happen. And I think that's the way the, I think that's the way the world is. I think some people, they don't, they haven't fought enough about some of these things,
59:11and they're just chasing the money, you know, they're chasing the better life, the shiny new thing. And I'm not saying that's not, I'm not saying you shouldn't do that. I'm just saying that you need to make sure if you are going to do that, that it's aligned with something good, something real, what do I mean by real? I mean, like, you know, we've talked about how, if this government largest all ended tomorrow, which jobs would still be around? I mean, there's a whole bunch of contractor jobs and government jobs and, and are you how connected are you to that? How connected is your income to that? And if it's pretty connected, you might start looking at a career change, you know, certainly if you're on the dole, you need to go out and find a job, start learning some skills and things like that. So there's just, there's a, there's like a reality to these situations and not everybody can see it. And I'm not saying I have special vision or anything like that, but I've just read some
1:00:17of the right books and listen to some of the right people and I feel like what the way they view things is the correct way to view things. There's always a correct way and an incorrect way to view any particular argument. And it's all, it all has to do with, you know, are the arguments rooted in, you know, principle and, or they foundational or are they kind of fleeting and surrounded with fallacy, you know? And I don't know, I just always felt like that, that I probably couldn't be with that level of corruption and sleep at night and feel good about, you know, what I was doing and things like that. So it's not, I'm not trying to be something special or anything. I'm just saying there, there tends to be people that kind of just are lulled through life and they find themselves in these situations. And there's other people that go, yeah, I'm just not going to get in that state.
1:01:18I'm not going to go where I'm going to be tempted. I just, I know that that's bad over there and I'm not going to do it. All right. With that, and I would encourage you guys to do the same thing. Don't go where you're tempted. Don't go chase money for money's sake. Do something you love. Do something you believe in. Do something that makes you happy. But don't chase, don't chase money and certainly don't chase government money. That's the worst kind. All right. With that, I'm going to wrap up. Thank you guys for coming in. Listening. Appreciate it. Share the show. Comment. Watch an episode of YouTube. Incidentally, 6.45. I couldn't post to YouTube because of the Netflix clips that I had that I had put in there. But if you missed it on YouTube, go listen to it. It's a good episode and go watch that Netflix series on the bomb in the Cold War. It's called Turning Point, the bomb in the Cold War. Highly recommend it. All right. With that, I'm going to wrap up the show.
1:02:18Thanks for coming in, everybody. Talk to you soon. Peace.
