The big problem is that Democrats have spent the last 3.5 years creating a reality that is repulsive for most Americans. Now that it's election season they're trying to walk it back while attempting to explain that Trump is actually the guy that will make your life worse. It's a tough sell at best, and it doesn't help that your top salesperson cannot gather himself enough to complete a coherent thought!
