Eps 0359 - Alan Dershowitz and I Could Be Law Partners!

About this episode

This is a follow-up to Episode 358. During COVID-19, people spent a lot of telling me that I'm not a doctor, which I already know. The reason they did this, however, was not to inform me in case I didn't know but to discredit what I said in a strawman type of technique. I hear the same types of arguments when I comment on the law. The law is not supposed to be complicated, nor is it intended to only be understood by lawyers. Somehow though, politicos and people in the media have come to learn how to bludgeon people with good arguments by attempting to point out that they're not lawyers and doctors. I obviously think this is a technique to shut down speech and nothing more.
