About this episode
Sara Miley is an experienced crisis advocate and an IFS-informed, advanced certified trauma recovery coach with her own all-virtual, private practice called Full Circle Wellspring LLC.
Through her own learned and lived experiences, she is passionate about helping people find the roots of their suffering. By making sense of their trauma, they can make meaning out of their healing. Her focus is on survivors of: developmental/childhood trauma, attachment wounds, emotional abuse and neglect, ‘well sibling’ syndrome, narcissistic & familial abuse, cPTSD, as well as survivors who struggle with the emotional and relational aftereffects of dysfunctional formative years. She is continuing her education in IFS, somatic embodiment, group coaching, and maternal/fetal trauma.
She is the host of Trauma Survivorhood podcast - which has a mission to diminish stigmas, inspire with stories of hope and thriving, and resource all types of trauma survivors. She resides outside of Boston and is the proud solo mom to her grown son.
