We will get more into the conversation of terrorism, which is what we saw at Old Dominion University, it's what we saw at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, Michigan, it's what we saw in Austin, Texas, the connectivity of all these things are Islamists and to say otherwise is laughable and people will be offended and how dare you in Islamophobia. The facts are the facts and Islamophobia isn't real. Can I help you? Oh, am I going to get emails, send your emails, go ahead, these are the facts, these are the connection points between all three things, all three of them, whether you're going

1:01after people in a crowded bar, whether you're going after members of ROTC, really trying to attack the military, whether you're going after Jews, they have their individual stories and then they have a connected story and that connected story is terrorism and the desire to destroy Western civilization. And we have to ask ourselves whether we're going to just sit back and take it or whether we're going to fight like mothers and I think we need to fight. I think we need to fight hard. And while we are engaged in this conversation, the thing we should be engaged in, there are still progressives out there who think that men can be women. I thought we put this to bed. You've got the American Society of Plastic Surgeons saying, you know what, we don't really recommend gender affirming care, which is mutilation of children, by the way, it's just a term they use, it's a mutilation of children. Any time you hear gender affirming care, think to yourself, oh, they want to mutilate

We don't recommend this until after age 19, and then you see another medical organization saying, yeah, that's right, that's right, not until the age 19, because they're getting sued and they're losing, they're getting sued for the abuse of children because they abuse children, end of list. So here in Arizona is this state center by name of Catherine Miranda and Catherine Miranda is there on a dais, and in front of her is an athlete, a woman by the name of Kayleigh Ray, former NCAA volleyball player and an activist, and this is a conversation about protecting women's sports, which means no man in women's sports, because women's sports are for women, and there's a difference between men and women, and no man will ever become

3:03a woman, all the rest. And as we saw in front of, as the conversation went in front of the Supreme Court, there's a really interesting conversation that have here regarding Title IX, because Title IX is all about women's sports, and dollars women's sports, and engagement of women's sports, a creation of women's sports, well, men can be women, there are no women's sports. So I don't have to pay any attention to Title IX at all, scholarship or anything else. Really, they did it much better than I just did it there. I'm giving you the 30,000 foot overview as to as to how it got approached there in front of SCOTUS. This Democrat, Catherine Miranda, state senator, her argument is, you know what, I was a student athlete, and maybe you're just not, you're not on the right mindset, because I would have taken on a man. I mean, I have my sports hat on now. It's all about a sports mentality growing up in sports, being a tomboy. I mean, you look pretty healthy.

4:04I've played against girls that look like you. You look very much in shape and strong. But it's a sports mentality when you're growing up, and how much competition that you'll take on. So it's not just a silver bullet for one community of sports players. It's the individual person on how competitive you want to be. So you grew up one way. I grew up a different way. I would have taken on a man in a heartbeat. I played in, I was the only girl sometimes in men's sports. But to have a man on my team, I would have welcomed it. But this is just my opinion. So it just depends on the sports mentality of that individual. And that's why this bill is bad because you're just putting a whole community of women's sports in one category. And women like me, we have a different opinion. So how competitive do you think you really are?

5:07Holy cow. The issue is not men in women's sports. The issue is not feeding into mental illness. But rather, hey lady, why are you so weak? There's a real thing to women hating women, isn't there? There is. There's a real thing to women hating other women. One of the great lines that I ever heard was, you know, if you see a man and a woman going out, let's say to dinner. The woman is dressed to the 9's, incredible. The guy is wearing the same polo shirt he wears all the time in a pair of slacks. And it's like, look at how dressed up and look at how basic. And the response is always, women don't get dressed up for men, they get dressed up for other women. Now, I do not know if that is true. My wife tends to be a believer in that. I am only thankful that my wife is not a player in that.

6:11My wife is like, give me a little bit of rock and roll wherever I am and I'm good. And I'm like, damn girl, what are we even doing here? Let's go home. That is always the conversation. And then we go home. I don't mean to brag. I'm just that good. But the argument of who they engage, who they're trying to impress, always is a fascinating conversation. And usually I get some response that is some version of, well, yeah, that's pretty true. Now people might argue it a little bit, some people could be, you know, think I'm off base on that or think that the concept is off base and that's fine. But the women going after other women thing, you see, your problem is you're just not a strong woman. You're a weak because you won't compete against a man. Why should we listen to you? Why can't we compete against men? Now I can answer that question that you're not competing against men, are you? You're saying that they're women? That's the problem. If a woman and a man compete, a woman and a man compete, you're saying men can make

7:14a claim. And that's where you're all diseased, but check out the response here. That comes from Kayleigh Ray. This is very, very well done, very well put together. Madam Chair, Senator. As elite level athletes, I would say we're very competitive, which is why this bill designates three categories, male, female and co-ed. The idea is that everyone can participate in sport. If you want to compete against your man, absolutely. Let's do that in the co-ed section. That's the clarity and distinction is really important because when men are allowed access into women's sports and spaces, it's not women's sports and spaces anymore. And as the passage of Title IX was so important, there is a need and necessity to protect women's spaces. That answer is so good, so complete, so full.

8:15I will, Sarah, you need to grab it and post it. It's so, so perfect. It is so thought out. You ever notice when you're talking to progressives and they are talking about their feelings, right? It's always about their feelings. But then when their feelings are confronted with facts, logic, reason, any level of basic questioning, you see them collapse. The problem is when you are engaged with talk from your feelings. You never once consider that there is something else. Now the woke crowd, the DEI crowd, the leftist crowd would see this differently. You see it's about perspective. You don't understand the importance of diversity and how these things connect. My argument is correct, you don't understand, oh, no, not you, them.

9:19If we're going to engage a conversation about how things are viewed, because you feel some way emotionally doesn't make it factual, women having a space for women is exactly the conversation in sports, it's for women, that's why we have women's sports. And what these progressive women who seem to hate other women are saying is how dare you. Women wanting a spot for women is bigotry, but not allowing women into the sea suite is also bigotry. Do the math, figure it out. Anything they decide is bigotry, is bigotry because of their emotional state. And when confronted with the facts, there's nothing more than collapse. It's not to say that no big people are banned from sports, that's not the situation at all. If that's the level of competition you want to have for yourself, amazing, go try it in

10:23the co-ed section. But again, this is about protecting the women's category and women's sports. Act, accurate, smart, together, completely understandable. No, it's not understandable is that after everything we have been through, everything we have seen, the left is still trying to make an argument that somehow this is okay. And you say to me, Tony, we're a nation at war. Why are we talking about this? Because my friend, we're a nation at war. We're a nation at war with itself. We're a nation at war with logic and reason and rationality and normalcy. You bet your ass we're at war, kitten. That's the problem. And all I'm trying to do is give people the armaments of the mind to be able to fight

11:26it. And the enemy does him to quit. It's the Michael Walsh line, the author, the screenwriter. And I always get it wrong, but I'm always in the ballpark. The Democratic Party, which he's the first person I ever heard say, the Democrats are criminal organization, masquerading as a political party, it's a good line. The political left, they never stopped, they never rest, they never quit. Never. They are always constantly on the move to improve your life, to warp reality. They're always on to some new thing that in lockstep they all agree with. They are so in agreement about this insanity. And you know it because when someone says, well, we shouldn't be buying into mental illness and feeding into mental illness of children, that's madness. Those people are immediately vilified. They are immediately pushed aside.

12:27They're told that they're hateful and they are attacked until they submit. Didn't they do this on Israel to John Fetteman, Senator Fetteman? He won't submit though. He's going to be a one-term guy, although there really isn't an interesting conversation. And I would follow Selena Zito, her lead on this. That Western Pennsylvania, they have no interest in what those Philadelphia freaks are doing. They don't care. Central Pennsylvania, Western Pennsylvania, they're not down for that. They'll be totally fine with Fetteman and there is, it will be very interesting to see if, when the time comes, if he can get the real act. Very interesting, but that the progressives are still pushing this man. This is the war. We have a war from without and we have a war from within, not deniable.

So you've got blasts that are taking place around Tehran protesters were there, Friday actually, not protesters. State organized rally to support the Palestinians and call for Israel's demise. Israel said, hey, we're going to target that area. It's going to happen. Tony Katz, Tony Katz today, good to be with you. We are two weeks into this war. Let's see what the next two weeks bring. I really am, like you, truly disgusted by the weakness of the political left and of the woke right, statements like this from Senator Chris Murphy. This is the most incompetent in coherent war America has fought in the last 100 years

14:32and not saying a lot. This administration has no idea what they are doing. There's no viable war plan. They change their goals and their aims every single day. I have great sympathy for our soldiers and our military leaders. They are being given directions by a senile old man who is losing his mind. How is that not trying to undercut the commander in chief and to demoralize the American troops? That's a Senator, Senator Betamail Cuckboy over here. That, I'm sorry, he's allowed to call Trump Senile and he never said a word about Joe Biden and I have to somehow sit quiet and be prim and proper, not in the mood, guys. You're trying to demoralize the troops while they're engaged in a war action. I'll call it a war action even if the administration doesn't. This is smart.

15:35It's disgusting. He's reprehensible. Senile, stop it. It's just ridiculous. They don't care what they say. They don't care how they lie and they don't care who they hurt. It's gross and it's not just him. Bernie Sanders doing the job that maybe Tucker was too tired to do today. I think, as I speak to myself enough, you've got a lot of U.S. Middle East policy is dictated by Israel, that I think Rubio probably had it right, that it was Israel who decided they wanted to go to war and after 40 years of wanting to see this Netanyahu, finally got his wish. I mean, Netanyahu is one of this for 40 years. And Netanyahu is the guy that told us urge the United States to get involved in Iraq, that would be clean and easy to walk.

16:37What is, if that is true, what is Israel's goal? What does they want by not only decimating the leadership in Iran, not only attacking the United States, it's just dragged into it. Israel dictated. Israel controls the United States. Bernie Sanders, Tucker Carlson, together again for the very first time. It's embarrassing. It is so unbelievably weak. No, I'm not giving it any credence or any credibility. Has Israel recognized the threat of Iran for years? Absolutely. Why? Because they were the ones dealing with the threat. But the point is we were dealing with the threat. We were just not willing to recognize it. I've got my list up still. Here you go.

17:37This is October 2015, a drive-by shooting in the West Bank, Kamalsteris killed an American citizen and his wife in a drive-by shooting. Here is December of 2019. Rocket attack in Iraq fired by a Kataibe Hezbollah, an Iranian-backed militia, killed an American security contractor, and wounded several U.S. service members. This is what, that's the hit, by the way, that then led to the response that killed Cosm Soleimani. How dare you strike Soleimani? American should just get killed? It's surreal. It's embarrassing. Now, we have acts of terrorism in the United States. What happened in Austin, Texas? What happened at Old Dominion University? What happened at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, Michigan? All acts of terrorism. And yes, I've discussed them at the anti-Semitism of the synagogue and what happened

18:37with Old Dominion? All these things have connectivity. It is all terrorism, all by people who believe in the death to America chair. All of them who would look at Bernie Sanders and Tucker Carlson and say, those guys are on our side. All of them terrorists that want to do away with Western civilization just like the Iranian regime. And we have to ask ourselves, how do we want to engage this fight? Because no part of this can be, well, we'll try and talk to them. We're past the point of niceties, right? Please tell me we're past the point of niceties. That dog won't hunt. They are killing us, proactively ramming cars into schools and walking into classrooms. I think we have to understand that we're in the fight and we have to win it. Because if we don't, bad things happen. I'm Tony Katz.

Things that should be making the front pages or at least should be, you should be made aware of that. I don't know if the president didn't get enough job of making you aware of. The first one being that New York really wants to damage itself. They hate themselves. They know they hate themselves. They are desperate to hurt themselves and harm themselves in every single way possible. And this is the story of New York City, mom Donnie's New York City. Remember, the progressive never ends, right? There's never a moment where they say, okay, we're going to have to do something. It's always about what you have to do. It's always about how you have to pay more. You have to do it less. They never do. You always have to. New York City's $30 minimum wage proposal.

20:38Rattles small businesses. Well, no crap. There's a proposal to raise the minimum wage in New York City the $30 an hour. And so the people are saying, hooray, who the hell is going to pay this? They don't know that the business can't afford to pay $30 an hour. They don't know that if it's $30 an hour for the employee. And you've got rising food costs and rising rents. Eventually, you're charging an amount for a burger that nobody will pay. A cup of coffee is now $12.82, no one's buying. The current minimum wage, by the way, hourly is $17 an hour. So if the measure passes, you've got $30 by 2030, and businesses that employ fewer than 500 people would hit $30 by 2032. You're just timing when all the businesses leave or the vast majority leave,

21:38because they can't afford it. The food cost, the rental cost, the insurance cost, now this, how many buyers are there for whatever it is they're selling. And what this really comes from is a pure ignorance of how the economy works. That the answer is, well, they'll pay more of the minimum wage and they'll make a little bit less, but that's fine. No business owner works like that. If I have to make less, is it worth it for me to be in business? Why am I here? I think of the vast majority of these businesses should be poached. I have made the claim. I shouldn't say the claim. I have made the overture, the gesture to my governor, that I should be the ambassador to New York for business acquisition. And I should go to New York and walk into business after business and say, hey, how you doing? See, I speak the language. I can talk to these people and say, hey, you should come to the Midwest.

22:40It's so much better, better quality of life. You can afford everything. Okay, great, great, great. Yeah, the pizza's not as good. The bagels aren't as good. When everybody moves over, it'll be better. But Tony, it's the water. Water is the reason you're saying. You sound like those schmucks in California. You were like, I got to stay in Southern California for the weather. They're attacking to death and they're killing you. Quite literally. You're going to stick around for that? I didn't realize you were stupid. My mistake, I'm going to go talk to your competitor and they're going to thrive and survive and you're going to be broke living with your mother-in-law. See ya. Let's see how many people I can bring over. Let's see how many people I can grab and bring to my beloved Indiana or across the Midwest. I should be, not just the ambassador for the state of Indiana, I should be the Midwest ambassador to New York for business acquisition. Oh yeah, New York, Chicago, LA, I could talk all those languages. $30 an hour. These people don't understand how economics work.

23:42They are as governor mayor Goodman of the former governor of Las Vegas used to say, slow learners. They are slow learners. They have no clue and they think they're good and decent. But remember how their decency works. The progressive, the communists in the case of Mondani, they don't pay it. They just dictate that you pay it. Their decency comes out of your pocket. If you want to know one of the many, many, many, many, many, many, many reasons, I oppose large government and all this socialism talk. That's how they think. We have to be decent. So you business owner have to pay. That's how we prove we're decent by utilizing the barrel of a gun, which is what government is. Government is force. By definition, government is force. We use government force to barrel of a gun to force you to pay them. And then you know what we get in return? Their vote where we can then force you to do more things.

24:47That is the circle of obscenity that I wholly oppose. And I think you do too. Oh, I do not care if New York ends up like the ending of Atlas shrugged and the lights go out and no one knows what to do. Let them suffer. The question is, why does anybody still stay? I have asked this question of newsmax and a fox. What are you doing? How are you still there? You could be anywhere. You could be in Florida. You could be right here in the Midwest where you should be by the way. This idea that you got to be in New York or you got to be in DC. You don't have to be. Everybody's connecting via zoom or some other streaming. What are you talking about? Go be in Miami. I think you'd be better off in Indianapolis, center of the country gives you a little more connectivity. And of course, you don't have to worry about hurricanes coming through. Every now and again, a tornado siren here. But in the main, you're fine. Oh, sure,

25:48you got winters, but you got winters anyway. But you can afford the house here. Oh, everyone's going to need a much better life here. And it's a great airport. Boom right in. Now the people in Tulsa are saying, Tony, you come to Tulsa. After all, Oklahoma, we beat your asses in the NBA finals. I'm not over it. So you just shut your filthy mouth, Tulsa, Oklahoma. A lot of places they can go don't have to be in New York. They're all just kidding themselves. Well, we've got the investment here and it costs a lot to move. It costs a lot to stay kitten. Not just the dollars. How about safety and security? We're a better place to be. Let New York fall. And then after it falls, we can pick up the pieces. Let them suffer. Get out while the kittens good. Then there's the foreshimed story. So I had heard this before that Trump has a closet full of shoes. I kid you not. Trump is very into shoes and he'll look at people and he'll be like,

26:56you know what? Your shoes stink. I have heard this story firsthand. Your shoes, they're what are you wearing? What are you wearing on your feet? What is this? What is with the shoes? What do you got that? Come here. Come here. And they'll go into the closet and they'll hand people a pair of shoes in their size. And the shoes are floor shine. Now, floor shine is old school. It's been around for 134 years. Had to look that part up. I have floor shine shoes. If you look, if you ever look in my studio behind me, when I'm doing the video parts of it, you look behind me, there are four shoes that are on a ledge. And I keep them there because these shoes have holes in them in the souls. These are the shoes that were the dress shoes that I wear. Remember I wear suit everywhere all the time. And when I was trying to get this career going and I was trying to get people to notice and I was speaking at events, speaking here,

27:56speaking there, doing all these things. These are the shoes I wore. But I was broke. And I couldn't afford new shoes. And I have a pair in black and I have a pair in what some people call burgundy. It's actually called the Oxplet. And I polished my own shoes, everything else. But I couldn't fix the the souls. I didn't have the money to fix the souls. So I would get these covers if you will. The sticky things that like if you're trying to get traction, like you know, on a new pair of dress shoes, you go sliding on the carpet. So you can get these things that had traction or I'd have duct tape. And you can actually see the marks over the holes. And I can remember being in Minnesota and I was doing a speaking event with the late great Herman Cain. And it was snowy and it was slushy and the water was seeping through. That's what it took. I have them up as a reminder. That's what it took to get here. That's what it took to build

28:58the career. I didn't have the luxury of well, you just build it on social media and not everybody does. I actually had to go out and do the work. And I was broke. Broke. It was a long climb from there to watch deals and Frank Mueller's on the rest. It's been a long climb and I'm not done yet. Holy cow, I'm not done yet. But I keep them there as a reminder. This is what it takes. The work has to get done. Nothing comes easy. But they're floor shums. And I mean, I abused these shoes. But they're still super comfortable. And I could probably get the souls fixed and use them today. But I have them there. They're floor shums. And it's a great brand. Terrific brand. So Trump sends out these shoes. Sometimes he's guessing sizes.

30:02And the staff is placing the orders. He pays for them personally. And then he'll call people sent him the shoes. Like, hey, did you get the shoes? So now you've got people, cabinet members who are all wearing the shoes. They sell for about $145, which for the record, everything, everything is so ridiculous. I try to find things on sale. Nordstrom Rack is usually where I go. That's the discount store for Nordstrom. That's where I go. I try and find shoes there. But still, 100 bucks. Still, it's crazy. Crazy. I think the story is hilarious. That he's sending out these shoes. And do people feel like they have to wear them? And the CEO of what's called the Waco group. Tom is floor shunt in junior. He's like, I know

31:04idea. I know idea. The president was doing this. The official shoe of Donald Trump. I'm sorry. That's awesome. Not awesome is item number three, but not surprising. The total disaster that is electric vehicles. The absolute unmitigated disaster. It's a Honda that has just taken a massive, massive right down on electric vehicles to the tune of a $4.3 billion loss. I think it's their first loss. I think I do. I think it's their first loss since they began disclosing results in 1977. And they had predicted a profit. But because they had a right down of 15.7 billion in charges, because the EV market completely collapsed. They took a loss.

32:10And the chief executive, Toshihiro Meebe, saying, quote, the situation changed far more rapidly than we expected. The suspension of EV subsidies in North America undercut growth and competition in China meant we couldn't provide attractive models or maintain our competitive edge. Now, we cannot allow Chinese made EVs to be sold in the United States or even operated in the United States. They can't be allowed. And I know Canada is going to be all in on this. We cannot allow them over the border. There is no question we can't allow this. And if we do, we're insane. Who cares what the Canadians want? This is an area where it's worth a real fight. But you take Honda and then you add to it, Stellantis, 25 billion in charges. Ford, 19.5, and they make the lightning. And I've driven the lightning for a long time. It was given to me to use by a local dealership that I was working with. It's spectacular.

33:12Spectacular, 19.5 billion dollar head. You cannot force the market to do what you want. All of the pressure, all of the narrative, all of it, all focused on electric is the future. And America and the world said, nope. Now these companies are taking these massive write downs. And you think the left is going to learn from this? Absolutely not. They're going to keep trying to raise the minimum wage. They're going to push this again. They're going to push windmills. You shouldn't be able to have a gas powered stove. They're going to try it all again. They never stop. They never rest. They never quit. So we have to never stop rest nor quit in keeping them out of office. These people are freaking deranged. Reality punches them in the face over and over and over and over again. And they go, hey, you know what we should try? The same exact thing. They never learned. They don't want to learn. They just want to see when they could try it next.

34:15Because this time they'll do it right no matter how much it hurts you. And they don't care if they hurt you. Somewhere I think they're happier when they hurt you. Because that way you'll really know how important it is. Don't know. Won't hurt them. No, they'll put themselves in that special position. But you could take the hurting after all. You're not more special than anybody else. Are you? Is that or is that not exactly how they act? I'm Tony Katz. This is Tony Katz today. Oil prices up and then they were down a little bit up. No one knows where it's going to end. What I do know is that if the market has set themselves on believing that everything in the straight-of-war moves will determine the future of oil anything, well then the straight-of-war moves matters and matters greatly. It absolutely does matter.

35:19Now he said a lot of good stuff. I'm going to share that with you coming up in a little bit. He said a lot of good stuff and I appreciate that we're getting a little more focused on how these press conferences should go. Maybe I'm paying better attention to them. But when you say, you know, the the the the the straight-of-war moves and don't worry about it, we got it covered. You only have it covered if the oil is flowing and if the tankers feel free to move. As long as they're afraid to move, you don't have it covered. And now you've got bread and crude over $100 a barrel and then it's not over $100. People need stability.
