Episode 44 - Schall We Talk about Becoming the Next Dear Abby

Dear Abby retired... so naturally, I think I should take over.

Here's the crazy part: BEFORE I knew she was retiring, I told Security I wanted to do an episode where he finds real Dear Abby letters, I give my advice without knowing what she said, and then we compare our answers to see if I have what it takes to become an advice columnist.

And for possibly the first time in Schall We Talk history... Security actually did his homework.

He showed up with nine sealed envelopes containing real Dear Abby problems spanning DECADES, and I had absolutely no idea what was inside.

In this episode:

• I weigh the pros and cons on whether I should head to Florida for the shuttle launch

• I give my advice, we open each envelope to reveal what Dear Abby actually said, and somehow... I keep getting them RIGHT

• Finally, we put Mama Schall to the test to see if I can predict her motherly advice as well as I predicted Dear Abby's
