Episode 44 - Jack Moir & Jake Newell // Keep Showing Up

I have been looking forward to recording this podcast for years now and have finally been able to track down Mr. Legs aka Jack Moir to his house just outside of Newcastle to record this episode, Jake Newell also jumps on to share his thoughts on starting out in World Cups, rallying cheap cars and why he is called magpie.

We go into the injuries and struggles Jack had to overcome throughout his career and how it has ultimately made him into the person he is today, a true champion.

Seeing Jack go through these struggles firsthand makes it even more impressive that he’s been able to bounce back to the level he is at today, proves if you just keep showing up every day no matter what you never know how far it can take you.

Along with all this, we also have a good laugh reminiscing about the good old days growing up racing in Australia and around the world and friends and teammates.
