Good evening. Hope you had an awesome day. So you know, as they knew your approaches, we often think, okay, what else should I be doing? How can I grow? What can I do even better? But you know what? There's a certain train of thought that speaks about it's not about doing more, but actually less. Now, wait, I don't mean doing less judy, some stuff obviously, but sometimes the way to improve something is by minimizing what it has. For example, glasses. Amazing. You want to make them better perhaps? Take away the frames. Well, that won't work. Of course it will. That's contacts. Or you know, there are people who learn how to ride bikes. How? By not adding training wheels, but by taking off the actual pedals to learn to balance. Sometimes it's about doing less of something in order to get better at everything. So perhaps maybe on this last day of the year, don't start by thinking already, what can I do? Or should I be doing more? But rather think about what's one of the habits? One of the practices, one of the things that I do, which really I should just cut out of who I am and what I do.

And that one thing alone, taking away something that doesn't not only contribute, but actually detracts from who I am, how present I am, the values, the sensitivity that I have, that one thing, detracting something from what I normally do, could be the start of what could make the new year even better without even starting to do anything new just yet. And so on that note, wishing you first of all to think what would be something I actually could start to do less of or cut out altogether, on that note, wishing you an awesome night, looking forward to seeing you again tomorrow.
