Lemma also highlights the significance of the nonformal pastor training sector collaborating with both formal theological education and informal personal mentoring sectors. Through their efforts, Lemma’s team has trained over 168,000 pastors in Ethiopia, leading to church growth, healthier pastors, and greater unity among them.
