Dr. McMillan shares his journey from reluctant pastor’s kid to global mission leader with a passion for ensuring every church has a well-trained pastor. He discusses the paradigm shift needed for pastors to see themselves not only as shepherds but as catalysts who raise up other pastors. He offers practical encouragement for trainers to “follow through” and invest personally in others, modeling Jesus’ example of training along the way.
