Sam holds the 30-39 10km British Record completing the distance in a blistering 32 minutes and 57 seconds, that’s a sub 1:39 average split and rowed a sub 6 2k in his 40th year!
Within this episode Sam talks about his upbringing in London and love for football, playing professional rugby, his transition into indoor rowing, his coaching style and FM Rowing.
