Episode 119: The six P’s

The six p's is an episode that focuses entirely on being a better organised dog owner or handler. The six p's mean that proper preparation prevents piss poor performance. It's an expression that's been around for quite a while and is still used frequently in many services. When you think about it though, it's hard to argue with. When you have a plan, it makes the operation so much easier. It relieves stress, because you're organised, it increases the time factor, it prevents frustration and adds more value to your life. There are so many positive factors that it's almost hard to think we wouldn't do it. However we are human. It's easy for us to become motivated by other pursuits. If it sounds familiar, it's something that annoys us about our own dogs behaviour. Therefore, if we identify it early, we can collectively work on resolving that as an issue as well. It sounds like like a lot to do but it will make your life far more enjoyable. Just think of the six p's.
