Episode 114 - Immolation Podium Group Therapy

Mikey Bee of Sandspur Ultras has a reputation for inventing crazy hard races in and around Jupiter, Florida to challenge the mind and body.  Some may call him sadistic.  But one thing's for sure, Mikey is a beloved member of the Florida Ultrarunning Community, and that community really shows up to run and volunteer at his races.  The Trident races are the last weekend in July.  There are 2 - half marathons, a daytime and nighttime.  There's a marathon, a 12-hour version and a 24-hour race.  You'll have to listen for the particulars.  My guests are 1st overall - Jamie Saunders, 2nd overall - Yianni Babiolakis, 2nd female - Loan Vo, 2nd male - Ramon Palomo, 3rd male - Luke Vidal.  What an amazing group of runners!  I think you'll enjoy hearing their stories, lessons, least favorite things, most favorite things, training tips, etc.  Check it out!
