Episode 187 - Jenny Lee Allen, The L2O Queen

I had the chance to chat with Jenny Lee Allen about 2 months ago.  It was right after the Lake to Ocean 100k.  She recorded another local podcast around the same time, so I sat on this one a while to let it run its course.  Jenny Lee won the L2O women's race this year.  If you haven't heard of this iconic Florida ultra, you ain't livin.  It is a microcosm of many Florida ecosystems and wildlife.  It is beautiful, remote, and scary.  It starts at Lake Okechobee and goes to Hobe Sound Beach on the Lake to Ocean trail.  Jenny is an enthusiastic, passionate, and humble athlete and I think you'll enjoy.
