Tara Dower is an ultrarunner from Virginia. Very few hills there but she is not afraid of the mountain races. Her most recent race was Hardrock 100 and she took 4th place. She has wins at Umstead, Uwharrie, Blood Rock, Devil Dog, Hellbender, and Run Rabbit Run. She holds an FKT already, she's also making a run at the Southbound Appalachian Trail FKT in just a few weeks. Tara is such an energetic and positive person. It was a treat to get to know her.
