Episode 11 features 2 awesome guests.  First, fellow ultra-runner, adventure racer, and college professor of all things engineering, Ron Eaglin talks about his project to create software and eventual application to help with runner safety.  In light of the recent kidnapping and murder of Eliza Fletcher, Ron was inspired to make this his class project this year, so he and a team of intelligent engineering students will be working on a program to make existing applications like Strava, Garmin Connect, etc. more effective in making our fellow runners  safer on their early morning and night time runs. 

Also, ultra-runner, coach, and writer, Henry Howard shares a bit of his running story, talks about his online ultra-running newsletter/blog, Runspirited, and answers a listener's training question.
