Episode 0020 - NATO, Ukraine & Russia

Ever since the collapse of the Soviet Union, the U.S. has nudged NATO closer and closer to Russia's border.  For decades now, Russia has responded with deafening condemnation but no change in U.S. policy has resulted.  Now, as the CIA-installed government of Ukraine makes pleas to have NATO welcome them into the treaty, Russia begins to mobilize a force right on the Ukrainian border in response.  Today, we will examine the events leading up to this most recent move by Russia and try to view the events through the eyes of the Russian elite in an attempt to see who is actually the aggressor in this scenario.
