About this episode
This week we talk about Zoe and fussy eaters. At the end Hannah and I largely conclude that this isn't where efforts should be directed. So much of what we eat is behaviour driven. If i were to ask you what a wholefood diet looked like, you'd be able to give me a pretty accurate example. We know through years of research that this diet as well as others that follow a similar line are the gold standard for a body to thrive. A lot of us still don't eat like this. Why?
The answer is very individual, nuanced and we need more context of your life to be able to help.
I'd love to know 1 year down the line how many people are still loving the zoe app and feel like they have been able to make sustainable changes for their health. Was the free all ready available information really worth £300?
As always we love your feedback. Make sure you get your questions sent in to
