邀請佳冬鄉農會總幹事林淑玲與我們分享：吹海風長大的「蓮霧」。
屏東縣是蓮霧的最大產地，原本夏季上市的蓮霧，經過品種研發、栽種與產期調節技術，目前幾乎全年都吃得到蓮霧。蓮霧裂果，雖不影響風味但影響銷售，農會運用裂果發展多元的加工產品，避免浪費、也能增加農民收益。
