餐桌遊寶島，今天和大家一起聊聊「故鄉好滋味」，也邀請台北市營養師公會理事蕭清月營養師、國立台灣師範大學家庭研究與發展中心研究專員余佳玟來分享，食農教育中的飲食文化與傳承。
臺北市清江國小，透過每月的臺灣各地特色料理餐點設計，讓孩子在學校午餐中品嘗「西魯肉」、「五柳枝(虱目魚肚)」這些台灣料理的傳統經典菜色。
不僅豐富孩子們的飲食體驗，更讓學校午餐兼具傳承飲食文化的角色。
