餐桌遊寶島，今天我們邀請「一群農夫」的理事長魏宗淇，來和我們分享在台南將軍山上，一群青年農民的食農教育願景。
魏宗淇返鄉不只是想守住父親創建的台南白河「將軍山農場」，創立「一群農夫」品牌，也希望和在地青農共同投入食農教育，規劃各種活動，結合在地農產品，包含：蓮子從產地到餐桌的旅程、千人「焢窯」體驗活動等。
青農返鄉加入農業行列是一股台灣農村及農業發展的重要動力。而不同世代的共同努力，更是農村永續發展的關鍵。讓我們來聽聽「一群農夫」的夢想!
