餐桌遊寶島，今天我們邀請研揚文教基金會楊煥晨執行長、台北市營養師公會理事蕭清月、國立臺灣師範大學家庭研究與發展中心研究專員余佳玟，來與我們分享：「假日學校：親子樂食農」的食農教育推廣活動。
在教育部的支持下，研揚文教基金會與臺灣師範大學，共同推動「職場家庭教育—企業聯盟」，並利用職場空間、以「假日學校」的形式，提供多元的學習主題、鼓勵全家同樂共學。「親子樂食農」的活動，帶領參與的親子認識臺灣在地好食材，一起動手製作料理，鼓勵所有家庭，讓餐桌成為每一天健康、快樂的源頭。
