餐桌遊寶島，今天我們來到新北市，邀請三民高中國中部的莊豐萁老師來分享：食農教育課程「永續好海鮮—我『管』你」。
《食農教育法》鼓勵學校將此一重要的新興議題融入課程與活動中。
「民以食為天」，飲食可以連結從「產地到餐桌」的過程，透過瞭解食物的來源，覺察食物與在地農業、文化及環境的關聯性，
並能依據個人需求做出健康及安心的選擇。
「鎖管」是新北市的特色漁產，結合了「海洋教育」的永續議題，
課程中不僅帶領學生認識新北市的漁產，也由永續環境的觀點，思辨飲食、農(漁)業與環境的關聯性。
