2022上半年，他則帶著幾個影視圈好友——桂綸鎂、劉冠廷、謝欣穎、郭雪芙，以及一隻可愛的柴犬Afuri，一起走進台灣的森林裡，用露營、探訪重建（比如修復石板屋、拯救櫻花樹⋯⋯等）的方式，深入了解台灣的人文與自然環境。
而在這場專訪中，陳柏霖除了分享他走過台灣秘境的心情，也和大家聊聊他即將奔向40歲的「微大叔」日常以及生活哲學。這個對談沒有中年大叔的沈重，而是慢下來品味生活的底蘊。
