Ep 82 Castostrophic What If Thinking * Changing The Default
About this episode
What if this doesn't work, what if I live alone for the rest of my life & What if they cheat on me are just a few examples of what if catostrophic thinking.
While linked to OCD, anxiety and depression doesn't mean that you have to struggle with this forever but you do have to want to release the control and need to know. In order to do that you have to redirect those thoughts to the OPPOSITE of the catstophy.
Ego does still play a part of this thining pattern by feeling as though you need to know the why at all costs....you do not.
Mindfulness, staying present and journaling are all going to be your best friend with flipping that narrative.
