3:09Republic formally ends. This is likely the most consequential presidential true social post of the entire conflict. In terms of what to expect, we're looking at a four hour blitz attack targeting every bridge and power plant in Iran. Trump's also threatened Iran's oil infrastructure and he's warned the country could be taken out in a single night. Geopolitically, the world is turning its back on Iran. North Korea has signaled they're done with Iran, China's done, Russia's done, the Houthis are done, Hamas is out of the picture, has been laws largely out of the picture. Iran by every objective metric is completely and totally isolated and now President Trump is promising to in effect finish the job. Now critics keep saying that Trump has not achieved regime change because there's no new flag over Tehran, right, there's no American boots on the ground, there's no transitional government

4:13signing paperwork in front of cameras. But I would argue that they're measuring regime change by the wrong standard here because Iran is very unique. The key here is that Iran's regime doesn't rest on a single pillar. It rests on three. Number one is ideology, their founding idea. So the Islamic Republic's entire claim to legitimacy is that it governs in God's name on behalf of the oppressed for eternity and they've been commissioned by God to resist and ultimately defeat the great Satan of the United States and Israel. pillar two is patronage. The regime survives by buying loyalty, giving jobs, contracts, housing, subsidies to the networks of people who keep the system running. And that includes the regional proxies of Hezbollah, Hamas and the Houthis.

5:16pillar three is coercion. The Basige, the IRGC, the intelligence services, these are the enforcers who make sure that those who reject the ideology and can't be bought stay silent. Now for this regime to fall, the key here is that all three pillars have to crack simultaneously. And here's the stunning news they already are. Let's start with the ideology. This is fascinating. It's the single most important statistic you're going to hear about Iran that the legacy media will simply never tell you because they're just too infested with TDS. In 2023, a senior Iranian cleric, a member of the Assembly of Experts, which is the body responsible for selecting the Supreme Leader, publicly admitted that 50,000 of Iran's 75,000

6:17mosques have closed. And they've closed because Iranians simply stop going. I'm going to let that hit you, 50,000 mosques, two thirds of the country's houses of worship shuttered, not because of bombs, not because of sanctions, but because the Iranian people voted with their feet. Generation after generation. And they voted no to Islamism. Again, a number of critics of this war have argued that in order for Iran to realign itself effectively with the United States, it's going to have to go through some kind of de-radicalization the way post-World War II Germany and Japan went through. But the problem with that criticism is that the Iranian people have already taken that de-radicalization upon themselves. They are voluntarily de-radicalized. The ideology is dead in the hearts of the vast majority of the Iranian people.

7:21It's propped up, frankly, by nothing but guns. That's the third pillar, right? And polling confirms this, by the way, studies from the Gaman Institute, the most comprehensive surveys of Iranian public opinion ever conducted consistently show that somewhere between 85 and 90% of Iranians oppose this regime. The founding idea is gone. Pillar 1 has collapsed. And then there's Pillar 2, the patronage network. The entire system works because loyalists get paid. When the money stops, this is absolutely key. You gotta get this. When the money stops, the loyalty stops. And the money has stopped. After years of maximum pressure sanctions, Iran's economy was already online support before the first bomb dropped. We reported all that for months leading up to this.

8:22The Iranian Rial has collapsed to 1.45 million Rial per dollar, 1.45 million per dollar. Year on year inflation has hit 42%. It has collapsed 20,000% in value since the revolution, back in 1979. And when the regime tried to solve its budget crisis by proposing a steep tax increase, the Iranian people exploded. The January protests spread to over 200 cities. Bazaar merchants, the backbone of Iran's small business economy. The very people who have historically sustained the Islamic Republic, shut their shops and marched into the streets for the first time since 1979. And instead of making a single concession, the regime responded with massacres. On January 8th and 9th alone, the debt toll rose into the thousands, making it the deadliest

9:23crackdown in modern Iranian history. And what did that do? It effectively destroyed the patronage network's last shred of goodwill. So pillar two is fracturing. This is where the current war enters the picture. And this is why the strategic situation today is so categorically different from any previous protest wave. 12:27drones across Tehran. The IRGC's entire command and control infrastructure has been systematically wiped out. They're navy gone, they're Air Force gone, their air defense is gone. The regime is so desperate, it's reportedly bringing 12-year-olds to militia checkpoints. 12-year-olds. This is not an intact coercive apparatus. This is a coercive apparatus in its death rattle. And here's the absolute key point that most analysts are completely missing. The Iranian people are not rising up right now, and that's actually a very smart move. The worst possible outcome would be for protesters to flood the streets while the regime still has enough Bezige capacity to massacre them. They saw what happened in January. They're waiting, they're buying their time.

13:28And this time, unlike 2019-2022, they have a real reason to believe that this is different. Israeli leadership is publicly committed to providing air cover for protesters when the time comes to make a repeat massacre impossible. The Iranian people are not passive, they're strategic. They're watching the Bezige get hunted. They're watching the IRGC's command structure get dismantled. And they're waiting for the moment when the coercive apparatus is too weak to stop them. Pillar III is being demolished from the outside so that the Iranian people can finish the job from the inside. And then if we zoom out to the regional picture, we'll see that the entire messianic multipolar complex is collapsing. For decades, the regime's entire deterrent was built on an axis of resistance, Hezbollah and Lebanon, the Houthis in Yemen, the popular mobilization forces in Iraq, Assad and Syria,

14:36Hamas in Gaza, a ring of proxies that could project Iranian power across the entire Middle East. That ring is gone. A Assad fell in 11 days in December, 2024. Hezbollah was gutted in the pager attack in the 12-day war. The Houthis have been degraded. The PMF has been struck repeatedly. The Arab street mobilization, the Arab street mobilization, the hundreds of thousands of protesters that were supposed to take to the streets in Egypt and Jordan and Syria, a wave of mass Islamic uprising against the United States and Israel protest that Tehran always counted on to make American military action politically toxic never happened. They simply never materialize. The Arab streets are quiet. Yep, in fact, Arab states that once tolerated Tehran's reach are now actively coordinating

The regime's entire regional deterrent, the 40-year strategic architecture of proxies, intimidation and asymmetric reach has been amputated. So let's put this all together because this is what the legacy media is simply not going to tell you. This is not regime change the old fashioned way. This is not regime change the Iraq way. There is no army of occupation. There is no American general sitting behind a desk in Tehran. But that was always the wrong model for Iran. Iran is a revolutionary state and revolutionary states die when their founding idea fails, when their patronage dries up and when their enforcers can no longer enforce.

16:48All three are happening right now. The ideology was already dead in the hearts of the people, 50,000 close mosques tell you that. The economy was already collapsing, 42% inflation and a real and free fall that tells you that. And the coercive apparatus is being hunted from the air. The IDF drones over Tehran tell you that. What the current military campaign did was not start this collapse. It accelerated a collapse that was already in motion past the point of recovery. The Iranian people are ready. They've been ready for years. They're just waiting for the moment when the guns stop working. And that moment is now just hours away.
