The Liberal Globulous Order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age. On Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-vinylization of conservative civilization. This is Turley Talks. It's over. A media report just leaked a Hollywood bombshell after years of a whittless, talentless, folk clown, lecturing an ever-dwindling audience how evil it vile Trump is and America first patriots are. According to multiple news reports, the clock has finally run out on him. Stick with me at the very end of this video because we're going to see exactly why Jimmy Kimmel's nighttime pulpit is finally getting yanked out from under him and why even his own fans aren't shown up to save him. Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor.

He's celebrating yet another glorious day in the Trumpian golden age that you made possible back in November of 2024. So if you want a front row seat on how you continue to change the world and ways you never even imagine, make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button. Here's a headline everyone in Hollywood is talking about today. According to a bombshell report from page six, Jimmy Kimmel live is done. It is set to end in May of 2027 when Kimmel's current contract runs out wrapping up the show after 24 years on the air. A source familiar with the situation put it bluntly, quote, his contract is absolutely not getting extended. ABC naturally went straight into spin mode with a network spokesperson insisting that the report is quote inaccurate. And that quote, any reports about the future of the show at this point are purely speculative. You'll note that's not a flat out denial. It was spin. In other words, we don't know what's going to happen after May of 2027.

It's the same old playbook. Every network runs right before they quietly pull the plug. So they deny, deny, deny, and then they just act shocked when the announcement finally drops. Bottom line is about advertisers. Okay. The denials are there to protect what little they have remaining of advertising revenue. If advertisers learn that a show is getting pulled, they of course pull their advertising dollars. So ABC is doing whatever they can to minimize that damage from this bombshell report. Now, let's rewind and remember exactly how we got here because this story didn't start with a contract dispute. If you remember, it was right around this time last September, Kimmel used his monologue to accuse what he called the MAGA gang of desperately trying to characterize the kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them. He said this just literally hours after Charlie was brutally assassinated at Utah Valley

University. He literally lied to his dwindling audience that the shooter was a member of the MAGA movement. And he didn't stop there. He mocked President Trump's reaction to Kirk's killing, compared to how a four-year-old mourns a goldfish and even took a shot at FBI director Cash Patel along the way. FCC Chairman Brendan Carr wasn't having any of that. He picked up the phone and called ABC executives immediately and he said, you better do something about this A-hole or we will. We're going to do something about you. And within hours, next star media, one of the largest owners of ABC affiliate stations in the country announced that they would be pulling the show off its stations entirely. ABC folded almost immediately. They suspended Jimmy Kimmel live indefinitely. And of course, the left flipped out over those. They love the fact that he had the goal of mocking and ridiculing a young Christian man

who was just gunned down in public. They love that. And so Disney and ABC faced intense pressure from advertisers, left-wing advertisers, of course, media figures, far left activists, all warning that they would organize a mass boycott against ABC and Disney if they didn't rectify this, which ultimately led the network to reinstate Kimmel just a week later. After thoughtful conversations with him, and of course, he got back on and he was all teary eyed and he looked contrite as he blamed Trump and the Maga movement for totally misrepresenting what he blatantly said. But something happened that the legacy media was hoping you would ignore. When Kimmel finally slid back on air, he was celebrated. He celebrated as a free speech champion by the very woke crowd that invented cancel culture. The left treated it like the resistance had just stormed the beaches of Normandy, right?

Six point five million people tuned in for his comeback show. Obviously out of pure curiosity to see what he would do. I'm sure there were a lot of Maga Faithful watching to see what he would do. In two days, 48 hours, his audience collapsed by 64 percent, a crater to just two million viewers. That's not a slow fade. That's an audience running for the exits. The moment the outrage tourism wore off. The curiosity seekers got their fix. The diehard partisans made their little statement and then everybody else changed the channel because deep down, nobody actually missed Jimmy Kimmel for a second. And once those ratings cratered, ABC's financial incentive to keep cutting them checks cratered right along with them. Here's something else worth knowing. Kimmel has spent his entire career signing year to year deals instead of standard multi-year

contracts, most late night host get. It's very unusual in the industry, but it always gave both sides an easy off ramp. So last December rather than give him the typical three-year renewal, ABC extended his deal just by a single additional year through May of 2027. So if you think that through, that's not the move a network makes. You don't have to pause your career to keep growing. Hiking at John's Gap, dinner at Topsoil, a room at the best hotel in town.

Harmless, right? Here's the thing. Emma and her family never return from Greenville. They disappear. You search for answers, but nothing adds up. Emma had a great life back home. You guys were best friends. What happened? Well the truth is, once Emma realized she could have access to Michelin recognized restaurants, nature, local shops and performing arts all in one place, everywhere else started to seem a little. When it's buying time or hoping the controversy fades quietly enough so they can finally walk away without another media firestorm.

That timing lines up with something inside us, it's been whispering for months. That Kimmel actually would have already been shown the door. If Disney hadn't needed some distance, temporal distance from the Trump controversy from last year, former Disney CEO Bob Eiger reportedly pulled Kimmel off the air specifically let the outrage cool down specifically from the FCC before quietly working out his return to placate the far left activists. Then ABC executives have been looking for the right time to finally cut ties with the sky in such a way that doesn't provoke the eye of the woke mom. It appears that 2027 is that time. It's not just the death of his show that we're seeing. Because we're about to see Kimmel represents the death of an entire industry happening in real time and it only has itself to blame. One of the most important things you can do for your home and your family is be prepared

before an emergency ever happens because when something goes wrong, when a fire starts, the last thing you want to be doing is scrambling for some complicated solution. Late night network television is a format, has been dying for years. Admittedly so, bleeding viewers to podcasts, streaming, short form content and Kimmel's show has been one of the big symbols of that decline.

The one and only Johnny Carson, who I loved, I watched Carson every night, I got a chance to. I can't even imagine how many tonight shows I've watched as a teenager, but Carson alone could easily bring in 9 million viewers in a single night. In fact, nearly 20 million people watched his tonight show Farewell. By comparison, if Carson was getting 9 million viewers in a single night, you ready for this? Because of 2017, late night viewership of ABC CBS and NBC combined. Barely broke 4 million viewers total, combined. Colbert used to get a couple of million a night. Kimmel and Fallon would get just over a million. Kimmel Fallon and Colbert combined could not bring in the viewership that Johnny Carson was able to get all by himself. And by the way, that goes for Jay Leno and David Letterman as well. Leno was able to bring in 6 million viewers all in his own on any given evening Letterman

4 million. Things got so bad for late night television that the total combination of all three late night shows when they were still on the total combination viewership is basically what Jay Leno could get on his own. In fact, Leno would end up getting a couple of million more and it doesn't even come close to what Carson got. That's how bad late night television viewership plummeted and it's all their fault. Both Kimmel and Colbert deliberately attempted to partisanize their shows. They deliberately turned their shows into shills for all things left wing. It's basically a different kind of business model. It was responding to the increasing segmentization of viewing audiences. The way that Johnny Carson was appearing on late night when you only had a few channels to choose from. Now, of course, we've got thousands of channels to choose from and curated content and like.

And so audiences have become increasingly segmented. And so what the producers at the late night shows were doing is they decided to partisanize their show deliberately turning them in the shows that rabid left wing liberals would want to watch since, of course, all these producers and late night show hosts were all themselves rabid left wing liberals. But what they did was it created a new audience segmentation that wasn't as big as the mass appeal of someone like Johnny Carson, but it did provide enough raw meat to guarantee a consistent audience flow of a couple of million rabid leftists. But again, at the expense of mass appeal. And what we found is that even the rabid leftists have largely tuned out of late so that all the late night shows ended up becoming money pits. They were all losing money to the tune of tens of millions of dollars a year. So all of that means that the clock is running out on Kimmel. ABC is publicly trying to keep what little advertising dollars they have left for the show

in the meantime. All the while, a major report shows that the arithmetic hasn't changed, an aging host, a shrinking audience, a network tired of absorbing the political heat, and a fan base that frankly only really shows up when there's outrage to consume. That's not a formula for a long and healthy, consistent career in television. That's a formula for a slow fade to black, one contract cycle at a time. And whether it happens in May of 2027 or even sooner. Don't be shocked when the cancellation finally becomes official. Because at this point, it's not a matter of if. It's only a matter of when.
