To help you balance all of this new energy, it will be important to remain grounded in your body and with the Earth. Make sure you keep earthing every day, focusing on your breath, moving slower and more intentionally. Keep eating from the earth and avoid foods high in sugar.

It is time to reconnect with yourself and set your intentions alongside the earthly and heavenly happenings 🧝🏽‍♀️🌲🌖
