My guest today is Emily English, the nutritionist and brand founder, who quite honestly changed my entire diet when I met her and started following her Instagram recipes. I have never eaten such delicious, colourful and nutritious food - all of which is an absolute delight to make.

Her work extends beyond her clinic with clients, she is also a wellness entrepreneur with future projects we should all keep our eyes and ears open for.

To assume that Emily’s life is picture perfect, although even though she admits her Instagram does look pretty perfect, life hasn’t always been smooth. She’s taken risks, made mistakes, learned the hard way and come up against some pretty challenging obstacles - and it’s the lessons learned from these that Emily is going to share with us today on this episode of The Emma Guns Show.
