Robin Schmidt is a multi-award-winning film director and creative who is now bringing storytelling to crypto. He was until recently the Head of Multimedia at The Defiant where he helped the Web3 media company build a huge following on Youtube thanks to his amazing videos mixing actionable educational content and witty humor.

Robin is now the Founder of BasedAF, the "metaverse content monster".

In this episode, we unpack what a story is, how crypto is based mostly on narratives without fundamentals, and how to navigate these markets.

We also talk about the creator economy and how web3 is enabling creators to get their community-building game to the next level.
