Double Your Revenue in 90 Days with Simon Severino | Ep 57

About this episode

Send me a text

This week I’ve got Simon Severino on the show all the way from Vienna Austria. Simon is the CEO of Strategy Sprints which is a B2B firm that helps companies double their revenue in 90 days.

In this episode Simon talks about the value of finding out what your true lead measures is for driving sales then going hard on driving that metric. It’s easy to get focused on the sales result but that’s a lagging measure, that’s the byproduct of other work.

Simon’s also got some great advice on how to grow your business organically, spending $0 on marketing until it reaches a certain level.

If you enjoyed this episode, I would really appreciate it if you could take 2 seconds to tap the 5-star review button on Apple podcasts and even better to leave me a quick review.
