When you hear the word meditation what do you think? Did you just roll your eyes? Are you like really, another person talking about meditation? Ugh.

I totally get it and I was there to for most of my life and frankly still can be when I am not spiritually and physically fit!  But go with me!

Today I am so excited to talk to you about meditation, but not the kind you are thinking of. A more active form of meditation for all of us ADD sober people out there who think its impossible to sit quietly for more than 10 seconds!
